I was unable to fall sleep because of neck pain. I thought I fractured my neck but this video helped alot. And then I realised I legit saw a doctor today I am sure he would have figured out if my bone is fractured lol overthinking

I recently had a small incident where I was the gym , I was trying to lift the bar off the bench rack ( bar never left the rack at all) but somehow managed to jerk my neck in a motion that was quite similar to how chiropractors pull paitent necks ( made a quick pop sound , like a cork coming off a wine bottle ) , No immediate pain , was able to move and continue with my remaining sets , got home had a slight pain at the back of my neck when i tired to turn my head to the right but after awhile the pain dissipated completely , a few days later a sudden back ache started when I was wearing my bag which also disappeared after resting , felt slight tingling in my head and on my back for a moment or too before they disappeared. Currently getting ready to see a chiropactor to find out whether or not everything is good or not i.e no fractures and no spinal cord injuries , so Lets hope everything goes well :D

I don't know what to do anymore. Around 10 years ago I was in a school in Gainesville Florida called job corps. A student attempted to rob me and he punched me straight in the Adams apple. I have been in constant pain. I mean literally feeling it every second. When I sit I'm constantly aware of the pain always trying to straighten my posture. It's been so horrible. I've been so depressed and suicidal. When I was in the school the nurse there lied and said I was okay even though I couldn't even speak. Then shortly they kicked me out after being there 2 years studying. I wish I could find help but I barely have money. I literally have no option

The question, do you have a delayed onset of neck pain kind of confuses me…. Is that asking do you feel pain as soon as you move your neck? And is there a difference between full and sharp pain ?

I have a question: when you brake your neck, what decides whether you're gonna be paralyzed from the neck down or from the neck up!?!?

I have neck pain that's getting worse throughout the days, come to find out, I have a fractured neck, according by the xray from the pain medicine.. they ordered me to do physical therapy for 6 weeks 😪 it's made things worse... arms and hands go numb... not only my lower back and feet.. now it's my neck and tingling up my head and down my shoulders

I been stretching my neck back because I had posture problem. Everyday I was forcing my head to look up and stay from a 90 degree angle because I had the typical gamer posture. It always made little crack sound but nothing ever hurt me until today I go in my head and feel a pretty choc wave from my head to my neck and my chest feelings lock and giving pain. I'd what to do I might go see a doctor if somebody got the similar problem let me know

What about motion X Ray .car crash at seven we were never taken to casualty and numb hands lips on waking I was seven at time.bike accident and falling down whole stairs .landing on sitting bones not single Dr ever asked how I fell or where sited injury was I went half metre in air landed on stairs I nearly managed a symetrics mount..my son had that after falling forward roll down escalators I think he was pushed. Later when he said his back hurt many years later I took him to GP straight away .

My neck head and tailbone hurt really bad I got injured in my neck and I think it went down to my tailbone should I get an exray

I was pushed into a fireplace and the right back of my neck is very tender and it hurts feels like I have a migraine everyday for about two weeks

I've been in a car accident recently and did not get checked out having bad neck head back pain and when mom pulls my neck pain lessens should I have a neck brace

If i move my neck at the wrong angle, my neck cause a sound which is weird, is it supposed to make a sound like cracked?
