I had little numbness in my left arm after a week of Neck Pain and I didn't realise it could be serious. Now I'm doing Self Physiotherapy session for 10 min and will post the result in a month or so.

Thanks for your video, I have a family member he has muscle pain in his neck for long time. He go to physiotherapist and it doesn’t help. He work in construction 🔨 it starts from back of the nick and up to his head.

I get muscular knots around the neck and shoulder blades. I sleep on my side (I try not to)and wake up with horrible shoulder ache and stiffness from the neck. I have lordosis and I do have herniated disc in neck and lower back. I always feel like I have a neck muscular strain. My feet get swollen easily, probably since I am sedentary too long due to the pain and need rest. Im trying everything but of coarse, very slowly or eventually!

Cervical Spondylitis is an inflammation of the cervical vertebra. It is the general term for age-related wear and tear affecting the spinal discs in your neck. When the space between two adjacent vertebrae gets narrows, the nerve root emerge from the spinal cord which causes Radiculopathy (sensory and motor disturbance, such as pain in the neck, shoulder, arm, back or accompanied by muscle weakness). Cervical Spondylitis usually affects the middle-aged and older people. Mainly after 50 or 60’s the discs of the cervical spine gradually break down, lose fluids and become stiffer. I had a fall while doing a backflip on trampoline in 2018. D12 compressed tha. 2 saal baad anxiety aur panic attacks shuru hue. Medications se band hue magar abhi 3 months pehle stress ke karan headache shuru hua aur depressed rehta tha pure din. Firse medications shuru ki. Could it be because of the fall? I'm 17 and I had severe back pain ,shoulder blades pain and neck pain for a long time,it got a little better by changing my mattress,when I consulted a doctor a few years ago after x-rays he said they were growth pains,but how a few months ago my pointer finger of my right foot went numb I thought I would get better but it did not,is this serious??

I got a severe torticollis. That took about four months. Then my head would kind of flop down. I had to put huge effort in to keep my head up. Turning to the right it difficult. Makes walking, looking down, driving very difficult. Over 1 year in. Worse thing ever.

I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis in feb. Since then i have been to two different orthopedic and all they say is to do those exercises and calcium tablets. They arent that effective in my case. Although pain only occur when i pick some weight even 10-15 kg or due to constant sitting posture. The only relief is ice packs. Really wish that there was some permanent cure for this.
