Hey there, could you make a video explaining how a person who is a citizen of an ESTA eligible country should expect a visa interview to be? For example a British citizen who is usually eligible for an ESTA but had visited or is a dual national of Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Syria or Libya etc….? A UK citizen usually doesn’t need a visa but because he/she had visited one of those countries, he/she would now have to attend a visa interview

If you are a legit student, There is nothing you should be worried about let them do their work, just express your self if you are a real student you should speak freely since you don't have anything to be worried about!

I filled ds160 two times because of some errors in the old one like the location for the interview that i chose in the old one was in Toronto but i got an appointment in Vancouver so i had to refill ds160 form. But in the latest one i wrote given name and surname as my full name but in the old one i wrote given name as fnu and surname as a full name. So is it okay? Because in the confirmation letter its showing fnu but in ds160 form its full name in both.

Hi Ben, I have a few questions: 1- If you have a Graduate Assistantship for 4 years of your PhD program, do you still need to provide a personal or sponsor's bank statement to show sufficient funds? 2- If you've made an entry for the US DV Lottery , can the visao officer see this on the system and will this consitute immigrant intent? 3 - If you've been denied a Canadian study permit, is there a way that the US visa officer can see this and will it also affect your F-1 visa application?

My classes start at September 5th, orientation 30th Aug 2023, if I won’t get passport print before orientation day, what I have to do? The university pepole asking me to defer the i20, is it going to be any problem if I go to us for next intake with this visa ?

@Argo....I have a worry here....my mom had applied for non immigrant Visa for me some years back....had even filled DS 260 since 2019 yet nothing...untill I my passport got expired. When I went to renew it ...I had a problem with father's name on my passport. it turn out there were difference. Fast forward am applying now for F1 student Visa...am I going to face any challenges ?....one of the questions asked on DS 160 is if someone had file for a non immigrant Visa on ur behalf...how do I answer this question.
