I am not sure if I am right or not but rob don't you think that OCD sounds like something really complicated and it creates a mental barrier between recovery like something really big technical illness.. like people label this anxiety disorder as OCD according to their understanding at that period of time but I think we can call it something more of anxiety and fear thing, a word thats sounds more easy and normal that we use on regular conversation .. and stop calling it OCD I think that will make things more light and ease the road to recovery... like it's just like a phobia like we are afraid of something until we are afraid we are suffering no fear no suffering do you really agree with the name OCD, don't you think if we start using more of words like feared scenario, what you're afraid of, fear, anxiety instead of OCD that will make recovery easy and light? 🤔
