If you could all do me a favor- it would mean a lot if you took the time to write some positive words for the 2 little kids in this episode. I know they’ll be watching and I want them to be welcomed by your kind comments! I’m sure you guys would have done it without me asking because you’re always so uplifting… but let’s take it to another level and go all out this time!!!! I love you all! #BeKind
A special thanks to Ariel for being my translator in this episode :]

I'm ashamed of endlessly procrastinating and letting my dreams slip out of my hands Edit: It's been 4 years, thanks for all the lovely comments showing support. I'm pretty glad to inform y'all that I'm in a much better position now, I'm doing what I absolutely love and I'm doing great at it. It took a while to figure out what I genuinely wanted, but post that it's been a bumpy yet fun ride. I hope everyone who's left a comment here finds something they enjoy, y'all got this, much love, all the best!

People will always judge you no matter how you act, and getting to a place where u feel able to show urself fully is something we all have to work towards. Trust me I understand how you feel, but also trust me that you’re more than good enough, just the way you are. I'm ashamed of feeling embarrased when my dad picked me up from school with his rusty bike. He would wait for me in a different street cuz he knew how I felt at the time... I was 13 and fucking stupid, I didnt realize all the sacrifice and hard work my parents did for me. I cry every time I remember being embarrased by that and feel angry with myself. Now i'm 20 luckily on time because I still have my both parents and now I work hard for them, I love them and our relationship is awsome. My dad STILL has that rusty green bike, now even I use sometimes 😂 And i'm proud that in 2 more months i'm getting him a car 😭 My dad and mom deserve everything in this world...

It’s so beautiful that you love your parents to much ❤️❤️ we all go through a period of our lives where we don’t see things the way we should - like I went though a period of years where I would argue with my parents constantly and eventually I was able to learn to filter my words and be more respectful, and the fact that you grew and matured is amazing and like I said it’s beautiful to see how much you love and care about your parents 💕😭

Same here. I haven't been so critical whilst a teenager, but I remember a time when I was in preschool when my mom went to pick me up and I know she had had a really hard day, clothes were all dirty and I remember looking at other parents and asking her why she wouldn't shower before picking me up. I don't think she even remembers this to this day, but I am really ashamed of it. She never missed a day, was and has been always present and worked her ass off to give me a better life.

I became very sick during a long time and because of that I started to read books and see videos about personnal developpement and I became be more kind with myself. Maybe you can start to smile to you in the miror like you are your friend, it helps a lot :) And if you thinks it's a good idea, you can also write in a notebook or in your phone all the good comment people says about your personnality and your body. It helps when you read them again! Because our brain is program to memorise more the bad things (it's an evolution fact to help humans to survive, your can learn it in video about neurosciences). And sincerly, you're beautiful on your profile picture! (If I don't think that I would probably don't comment). To the little boy with green hair: You should never feel ashamed of other people leaving you out. You have so much confidence in self-expression. Your hair rocks! You should always surround yourself with the people who are supportive during hard times and root you on in your positive decisions. Honesty and compassion go a long way. It's not worth worrying about someone who leaves you out for no reason. If you're kind and humble, you'll naturally attract friends who are genuine and longlasting. Keep being brave. You're doing the right thing by realizing that it hurts to be left out and not doing that to others. To the little girl: Bullies are tough. They're very intimidating. But they feed off of people who support those negative behaviors. If you and your friends don't believe what the bully is doing is right, then it would be better for everyone to confront the problem. It's likely that the bully is going through something tough too and it's a need to be able to control others through dominance and aggression. In other words, be kind to your bully but don't support his bad behavior. The best lessons are learned by demonstrating good behavior and NOT lecturing it. You're on the right path in just recognizing that it's not right to support bullies when they're mean to others.

Kayleigh Brown i really really felt that. Don’t feel ashamed. You have been through so much and are strong to still keep going. Don’t feel like you’re a burden. If they really love you they won’t mind helping you and you won’t be a burden. If they aren’t so understanding, then I hope to God your family can learn to accept and support you the way you are, because there’s nothing more damaging to a person than being rejected by their own kin. You can achieve great things, if you let yourself. Don’t allow yourself or anyone else to put you down, don’t think that you’re just a burden/worthless as this will limit you in more ways than you’ll know. Believe in yourself, and know that even if your family won’t care and show you support, there’s others out here who definitely will. Much love to you, hope you overcome the problems.

I am ashamed of my acne and it's scars. I've been suffering from severe acne since the last 5 years. Since sixth standard. I'm ashamed because people are really hurtful while passing comments on it. They only know of the red painful things that they see on the exterior but they don't know that what hurts more is on the inside. I've almost accepted it as a part of myself and I also know that it is something I shouldn't be ashamed of. Cause everyone is scarred here and there. I hope I'll soon get to a point where these taunts will mean nothing to me.

It still isn’t perfect (NOTHING is), but I wish I knew then what I know now: SULFUR. Proactive, Clearasil, etc., none of that worked for me. Buy yourself some sulfur soap - I buy the ‘Grisi’ brand from Amazon. Wash your face with it, use it as a spot treatment or a mask - it works. Yes, it smells awful but I quickly realized that the results were worth it. It’s the only thing that ever helped me. 💜

I'm ashamed that I stopped going to my dad's place when I was around 13. My dad doesn't really have anyone else other than me, and I was in a place in my life where I couldn't do much, because of depression, but thinking back to all the times I cancelled going to my dad because he lived far away really hurts. Knowing how excited my dad probably was to see me just for me to cancel on him for months... It is probably one of the things I regret the most and feel ashamed over. I am really close with my dad now (I also was when I was younger than 13), but the age 13-15 I just wish I had been a better daughter to him and contacted him more even if I didn't visit him... My dad is one of my the most important people in my life. He is a really good dad and I am so lucky that I get to be his daughter, he is really one of my best friends and I couldn't imagine not having him in my life. My dad had me when he was 40 and he got thrown into a family with four kids (I am the only one who is his kid, my parents aren't together anymore either) Now I am 21 and he is 61, i especially get sad over how much time I could have had with my dad, time feels like it's going too fast now and I am almost too scared to move out, because I don't want my dad to be alone. I just really wish I had also given him those years from 13-15... So this was a long rant that no one will probably read, but honestly it felt good to write, cause I always got to cry a bit

The two little children....Wow, As you age and mature you will see that the people who bully or do things to try to hurt you or try to make you feel small are possibly doing it because of how they feel about themselves. They are really only hurting themselves. Be strong and don't let other people make you feel bad. Others making you feel bad can make you angry, but use that energy to be kind to others, understand other's pain and insecurities, and learn to have an open heart. There are those who haven't learned yet, and possibly never will - then remember the quote - "...forgive them, they know not what they do." A huge hug to both of you, and everyone else in the video.

Im ashamed that the consequences of not loving myself, being depressed, and making poor financial choices brought me to a place where i had no where to live. I was lucky to rent a shed from a family friend. It has no bathroom or kitchen. it's all i can afford right now. Its embarrassing to show people where i live because i dont have essentials and the room is small. you do what you gotta do and i am thankful to not be homeless and im slowly building my relationship with myself, my finances, and resetting my goals. It was a hard couple years and i felt hopeless and unmotivated but despite being secretly ashamed of where i am im also thankful that im not where ive been. And i am hopeful for what tomorrow brings.

To the two young people: I was also bullied into being a friend to a bully. When I broke it off I got beat up and constantly harassed. If I had stayed, perhaps I could find an opportunity to be genuinely kind to them and never fail to point out behavior that is not kind. I think their parents bully them. Most childrens behaviors are what they’ve learned from their parents. You both have the soul of angels.

I was too. When she was 9 I changed my ways and embraced her however there is no doubt that this hurt her and the way she is as a person. I'm sorry to her and I've told her this a few times.

Recognizing it is always the first step to change it you know. You will find out who you are and how to be yourself at all times at one point but it sometimes takes time. So don’t worry. A lot of people have been there and made it out and i am sure you will to. For me it helped to change my surroundings, thats when i found myself maybe it would help you to🤷🏻‍♀️💙

It's okay to not be happy with who you are! It gives you that much more motivation to change for the better! Evaluate how you handle things, even if it is something simple or small, and work from there. Small improvements will go along way and it will help when you try and tackle something larger. If you don't mind me asking, why is it that you are ashamed of yourself?
