@@jessicagrebes6816 See many people feel that way, I think I’ve had a lot of things happen to me, including having my father and the following father figures leaving my life from young and as I grew. However, this does NOT give us the right to act out and give other people trouble because we feel troubled. Handle your issues maturely, figure the world out because understanding is key and all of us must be held to that truth.

I don't know nothin about this besides this video but when I watch stuff like this I hope that the kid starts to learn something about why they even do the things they do, that can be difficult to grasp at times, stuff like abuse or neglect or social awkwardness or an undiagnosed case of autism can become so internalized that your own mind doesn't even make sense anymore Basically I sympathize with her, I see a damaged person who needs help, not an evil brat

Dr. Phil does have an amazing way of getting people who've gone through so much pain and suffering to start to open up more and feel comfortable with him, especially when he can prove that he's providing them a safe space to gain more insight on their issues and ask for help once they realize how much they need it.

@@Robloxchat123 And that's one of the main problems with Dr. Phil ... I see a therapist on a weekly basis, and I have built up enough confidence in her, that I've been able to tell her things perhaps only one other person knows ... But to have my sessions, with her, in front of not only a television audience, and broadcast across the nation ...? For one, she wouldn't dream of such a stupid idea, primarily because of my safety, but she would lose her licence, and possibly face criminal charges. There are times when Dr. Phil is right. But he also needs to know his limitations, such as this case, which can only really be handled with her, in a room, with a therapist she can trusts, because they've been able to get past her defenses, without demeaning her. Then, and only then, will she actually admit to what she is afraid of ... Unfortunately, though, since he has been doing this for more than 3,000 episodes, he has gone way past that point where he understands somethings are just too damn sensitive to handle in the way he does ... See Dr. Todd Grande's videos --- whom is himself a Licensed and Registered Clinical Psychologist --- on his views on Dr. Phil, one practitioner to another ...

When I was a kid, this sarcasm and screaming would have gotten me 5 swats with the belt. Not out of my parents anger either. I was put on restriction, and the "belt appointment" came the next day, after we were all calm. We would talk about the attitudes, discuss further punishment, (yard duty. Gardening, cleaning up clippings, mowing lawns) after the belt appointment. This discipline was usually followed by "lost allowance" for a week or more. I only went thru this ONE TIME. It HUMBLED my attempt to control my parents and do as I pleased.

Agreed. Her attitude makes me think how my mother would react and it’ll be a one way express ticket to see Jesus LOL! these kids need a old school discipline type of thing they’re so spoiled now a days they don’t know the work/reward system. I didn’t get my first game system until I got good grades! but that makes me more appreciative of everything my mother gives!

Her initial reaction to Dr. Phil's question was very interesting to me. It's almost like a part of her felt like she'd never even asked herself that question before or hasn't asked it to herself for a while. She'd probably become so accustomed to lashing out that she didn't feel like there was anything that could be done to change it. That would indicate she has very low self esteem.

This video took me by surprise because this is exactly how my ex would act with me. He would lash out his anger on me and it was one of the most scariest things. I was so afraid to tell him what was wrong when he would ask me because he would act like he cared but if it had to do with him BAM anger outburst out of nowhere. I’m so glad he’s not in my life anymore.
