The best answer to the job interview question "What are your strengths?" from a former CEO.
Of all the standard job interview questions to answer, this one is the easiest to answer, but the easiest to answer wrong!

Hi Bill, thanks for your videos. I feel that I am learning a lot. Do you think it is a good idea to ask the interviewer for their feedback on how I conducted myself during the interview at the end of it? I am not sure because on one hand it shows that I am open to feedback from others, but it also kind of puts the interviewer on the spot. What do you think?

I really love and learn a lot from your videos. However I was wondering, if I am offered with a job, and due to some circumstances, I have to decline a job offer, how to decline the offer politely and professionally without burning the bridges. Also, later, if I wish to reapply in the company, is that possible?
