I'm a virgin and waiting for marriage. Half due to religion and half due to me wanting to wait period. Yes there's been a few times I've been "ready" and then feeling of regret comes out and I end it quickly.😂 Plus waiting until marriage, the BOYS either don't want to date me or they date me and 4 months later wondering why we haven't had sex it thinking I was joking about the whole thing. The man that I'm meant to marry will be the one who knows and respect my belief on the issue and is willing to wait and build our relationship without having sex be the center of it. I don't know if it's brave or stupid to get married to someone without knowing if you are sexually compatible. Especially if the both of you are virgins. Would really not a be a lot of fun to find yourself committed to each other only to later find out that your sexual chemistry and the things you like in sex don't overlap enough. And that's very very tricky to know before you've had sex yourself (at least I have a hard time imagining how you could know these things about yourself before some trail and error so to speak). I'm sure in some way you can feel in the vibe what kind of sexual energy is between you but before you've experience quite a lot of sex you are really just imagining what it's like.

That group of boys clearly just said their answers the way they did because of peer pressure, they want to seem 'cool' in front of their friends. I'm a 37 year old male and still haven't had intercourse. The first and last thought of every single day is "I still haven't had sex." I'm Christian so from an early age decided it's best to wait for the right person but I never thought I'd still be waiting at this age. I've had some relationships, been on countless dates and had some sexual experience but just not gone all the way. I feel I have missed out on one of the greatest joys in life - true love and sex. It may not be too late but I haven't even come close to being in a relationship for years now. Maybe marriage is not in God's plan for me because a suitable partner seems impossible to find. If the sex until marriage in today's times was applied that would mean a man shouldn't have sex until about the age of 30 when he's more financially capable and that would be an unrealistic expectation!
