The eraser at 8:19 is shaped that way so you can erase small details. Like if you have a new eraser you usually get the most precise erase from the corners so it’s shaped like that so you don’t run out of corners

Hi Steph and Adam, I am a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic, my pancreas has stopped working and I have to do injections at least 4 times per day, I sometimes get super emotional about it but when I do I just watch your videos and they make me feel so much better Thanks P.S I’m 13 ❤️❤️

Hello from a fellow Type 1 Diabetic! I was a late diagnosis (didn't show up until I was 21!), and I know how hard it can be to adjust to life after having lived normally for so long. It's a HUGE thing to deal with, and I just want to let you know, you CAN do this. It's hard. It will never be perfect. But you can live long and happily with it. Glad you're finding things that make you happy in the meantime. Baby steps for now, and take it one day at a time. You're a champion.

you guys NEED to try needle felting. it's amazing, and not enough people know about it. if you do choose to try it, and film it, you might need to speed up some of the footage, haha. but it IS fun and very rewarding!

I got the best art stuff for Christmas! *I GOT A FIVE FREAKINGHUNDRED DOLLAR HUION TABLET!!! SO HAPPY!* AND my inlaws got me these beautiful pearlescent arcylic paints that I didn't even know existed! I LOVE them. I've been wanting pearlescent paint for a VERY long time, but they're always so expensive! So I was so crazy happy about it! Another art related thing, but not a gift I got: I got my step mom these reeeeeeally expensive paint markers, and I'm adding it here because I GOT THEM SO CHEAP! Comparatively. They're usually as, if not more, expensive as Copic, and I got 3 for $3 and a 5 pack for $8 (the pricing wasn't consistant)

@Laura Graetz sweet!! Honestly, the price doesn't matter. I am just super blown away that my fiance got the version he did. He's *very* frugal, so it was kind of a big deal that it was so expensive. But yeah, I mainly only mentioned the price so people could have an idea of which version it I got ^-^.

Based on the colour couple from the copics (copicsona), it would be neat to see you pick 2 colours and draw two characters one with each one of the colours. Sort of a one-marker challenge twice to make a pair of characters. You wouldn’t have to do random colours, I just want to see the comic tanned girlfriends you described personified.

I am tardy lol but it is indeed a latte mug but it's also an indian or russian tea mug, they tend to like very sweet milky tea so they are typically served in tall thin mugs, indians do 'pulled' tea, google videos, it's kinda mesmerizing to watch them pull tea

Greetings from Germany. If you didn't know, Leuchtturm is the German word for lighthouse. To pronounce it, you can say loysht-toorm. That is not 100% accurate, but close enough to the real German pronunciation to not sound ridiculous.

I got some Posca Pens, Winsor & Newton inks, watercolor paper, two coloring books, gouache, and a Meeden watercolor palette. The coloring books and the watercolor palette were a complete surprise. I'm going to put my gouache in my palette but I'm waiting until the vegetable glycerin that I ordered comes in the mail

The eraser is weirdly shaped so you can erase fine points or big areas depending on which side you decide to use. It's really handy!

The Platinum Preppy (the highlighter) also comes in a fountain pen version! The cartridges are interchangeable between all versions of the Preppy, if I remember correctly. I don't have one myself, but I've read that the preppy is a decent and inexpensive beginner fountain pen!

Platinum Preppy pens have replaceable parts. You *can* turn them into fountain pens. Also in brush pens too, and I think i saw somewhere that there's a rollerball part as well. ♡♡♡

Oh, I have a Leuchtturm1917, but the A5 size, it's bright yellow. I really like the paper. I think I will finish it relatively soon. Here they are a pain to get, very few places sell it, but I will ask my best friend in Sweden to get me a new one I think. I have other sketchbooks, though.

Hi Steph and Adam! I love your channel so much and can't wait to see what you create with all these goodies! As a side note, I believe that the non-photo blue should show up on a printer now (anytime after 2000 lol) because technology has evolved. So in case you try it it isn't the fault of the pen it the bloody printer thinking he's just too good for us nowadays!

The square copic markers are the original copics. I still have some left from my college days but I switched over to Sketch this year. If you want you can get brush nibs for those square once. Love the video! I always like to watch haul videos because I can see what kind of material is out there and what brands 😍❤

hi steff and adam.. the weird looking eraser is actually an innovation of japan which gives you so many corners for more precise erasing since most people likes using the corners of new erasers more than a stubby wide eraser..

I'd love to see you guys just use all of that art supplies in future videos!!! :D I didn't get any art stuff FOR Christmas, but I did get an amazon gift card that I used to buy silver gel pens, assorted sizes of micron pens, and colored micron pens!! And after Christmas, my mom bought me an adult coloring book which I've been LOVING!!

The inscription in the book is "from Uncle Dick". I got some lovely art presents this year! My sister-in-law got me a coloring origami book where you color in the patterns and then fold the paper so there are multiple activities in one, and my mother-in-law got me a little travel coloring book with tiny coloring pencils included. I also got a couple skeins of yarn and bought some yarn for myself which I'm really excited about. A few years ago my mom got me the Frozen art book, so I share your enthusiasm for art books!
