Thank you 🙏. This was a good video and definitely new information for me on Sciatica nerve pain. I have been ‘researching’ on KZfaq for help in resolving my Sciatica that runs down to my right foot.

A month ago, I overextended my right side while reaching upward. The pain was intense for 3-4 days and then gradually diminished. The pain is now localized in my lower back and right hip. It hurts when I sit, but the pain disappears when I walk or stand. Do you think this could be an issue with the SI joint, the piriformis muscle, or sciatica?

Disagree completely about misalignment of the spine. Almost everyone who is over the age of 60 has stenosis. It is just what happens as we age. Most do not experience pain simply because the nerve isn’t being compressed despite the stenosis. Stenosis is not curable short of surgery, which has its own problems and risks.
