I would say go to the root of the problem which you have partly mentioned, namely hormones. Replace the missing hormones (estradiol/estriol) and there will be no need for oils etc. This requires working with a doctor who understands BHRT. Viewers should educate themselves on BHRT (bio identical hormone replacement as opposed to HRT which is synthetic. Lots of info for free online, just using the above terms. Hormones are extremely important for many functions in the body, not just dryness. Good luck everyone.
