2 жыл бұрынUnion Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said abrogation of Article 370 in J&K led to the application of 890 Central laws. On Monday, Sitharaman presented a ₹1.42-lakh-crore budget for J&K for the year 2022-23 in the Lok Sabha. Sitharaman said, "What was denied to people of Jammu and Kashmir for over 70 years will be given to them.” Scrapping the Article 370 has also "enabled that which Dr (BR) Ambedkar gave for the rest of the country - SC/ST (laws) are now available for people of J&K," she further said. Yes Maam you delivered right fact. Central government always trying to do good for jammu & kashmir people in terms of development & security. Central Government also trying to develop facillty and hospitality management work for local people needs . Modi ji's continuos supervision helped Jammu& kashmir people to lead a good and healthy life. People of jammu and kashmir now become very kind and generous . Citizenship ammendment act helped jammu and kashmir people an additional rights to cheer for India with no fear. With all due respect to our Central Government Ministries & Affairs.

@@anupkumarsaha963 In Kashmir more than 90% of Hindu Population was Pandit. Ask any KP or for that matter any Kashmiri Hindu. They will give the same response. We did not have a Caste system in lines with other places in India. And the militants would specifically call for killing of Batte (Pandit)

At this point it seems our Constitution is based on Reservation. Removing article 370 and reservation is a seperate issue. At this rate Kashmiri Pandits will be on their own to stabalize without qualification for SC/ST reservation.

I can only draw a conclusion that any constitutional guarantee is not sacrosanct in this country ... Nor are any assurances of the leadership of Nehru-Gandhi or of any other leader of our country since independence ... Shame on the Judiciary for not deciding on the issue of the illegal abrogation of Article 370, not that they would be fair and just in their decision just as was done by Lordships on Rama Janam Bhoomi ... We the youth of jammu and kashmir are falling in painful distress, because of no job,There are more than 2 lace post graduate youths unemployed,me crossed the age of 30 still unemployed and also unmarried because no job,no one want to give me her daughter,so I request the centre please present a bill In parliament of 22/48 ,which means 22years service or 48 years age should be retired so that we get the job,As a economics student ,it is the only source which controls the unemployment rate in jammu and kashmir which is currently more than 21 percent as per official but in actual it would be around 50 percent, please do something,if bjp solve the unemployment in jk then I will definitely say that kashmir issue will be solved completely,
