I met chef RV when I was on my holiday in the Philippines in his restaurant years ago in San Antonio Binan Laguna. He opened the door for me and my friend , who introduced me to the new coffee shop, he took our order and he also served us the food and when we were going to pay the bill he was also the cashier on the till and I asked him politely " I guess you are the owner of the shop too?" and on my surprised he nod his head and said "Yes I am po". I just admire him even more coz he was so young and so cute to be a restaurant owner. Very inspiring. love your cakes but not sure of the Bibingka yet I ordered the classic one it was so creamy inside, I've tried it just 4-5 weeks ago, I was looking for you Chef, but your staff said you don't stay there much in the shop anymore coz you are now so busy with your vlogging. Letting go and acceptance and self respect ang take away ko in this interview.

When i tried your own oohhh they keep on asking more... so I even stuffed it like spanish bread, I tried also your recipe of cinnamon and so on. I can't live a day without watching your vlog.
