4 жыл бұрынWhat controller do the pros use? Most are using a Battle Beaver Custom controller! Battle Beaver is the best custom controller for Fortnite, Call of Duty, and any other game. In my opinion, it is also the best controller for PC. Also with the scuf vs battle beaver war I believe Battle Beaver wins by a long shot. My Battle beaver has extreme tension in the right stick, quiet/soft back buttons, and the smart triggers and smart bumpers. I use Kontrol Freeks on the standard PS4 sticks but if I ordered another controller I would probably get the pro sticks.

I'm getting one, customized it today, I found your video while studying the brand. I really like the option of the lower ring finger button, I've never seen that before but looks natural and I think for me, it will be a great addition for a 4 back button process, can't wait to try it out.

Had one Scuf for my PS4. Went with the Vantage 2. 3 months after purchase the L3 wasn't allowing me to sprint. A waste of $300.

Great video man. I just bought an open box battle beaver off eBay since the wait time is super long right now. It’ll be here this weekend but I’m kind of worried about the extreme tension on the right stick. I would have gone with the increased tension over the extreme if there was one available. I see that’s what you have so it gives me hope that the tension won’t be too heavy to be beneficial.

I haven't used the rings so I'm not sure. But I haven't had any problems with the extreme tension. I use kontrol freeks and it feels good

What if u get the right stick extreme tension or slight tension does that help for the analog to not move so your shoots are straight? So if I have that wouldn’t I not need a kontrol freek or would it make it worser like getting stick drift?

@@itztune5915 stick drift usually happens over time to any controller because of dirt build up in the analog sensors, I don’t think tension rings or control freaks will eliminate stick drift.

@@itztune5915 yup the kontrol freak would give you more leverage, but I think the kontrol freak would also fall off your analog more easier with the added tension, I don’t think it would cause stick drift though, with both on, well not in my experience .

I have the same issue with the Sony back button , sometimes when I slide cancel it feels like the second click is not working right . But when I try just crouching to standing its fine , so maybe there is some lag in busy periods in game. Or user error

I was wondering whether to place the extra buttons in primary or secondary position. I thought I would go for secondary (a little lower), I see you went for primary, how do you feel about it? Would you change it or was it the good choice?

I have a scuff pro and I have it for awhile and the right stick has stick drift and I can't fix it no matter how much I clean it. So I ordered a Battle beaver controller the other day and I was wondering how fast that they take to ship? I ordered 2 day air shipping and when I check the tracking online it looks like it hasn't been shipped yet lol, hopefully it comes before I move across the country in June.

Never bought a new controller. Had my ps4 dual shock for 3 years rn only have a little bit of stick drift but still considering to buy BBC just so i can hold my fingers on the buttons

Yea I had a scuff with the smart triggers and two paddles, smart triggers went bad after a year and a half of playing :( so now I got a battle beaver I can’t wait for it to arrive

@@Wappie21 forgot to mention within that time I had to return for digital button repair, but that can be user error, or not either way it got repaired. But in total year and a half it performed well. I just still believe you get more for the money from beaver than you do scuff

They have racer triggers if you need an option to ramp up; it functions as a trigger stop, with the smart trigger activating 100% on the full trigger pull when it reaches the trigger stop.

I'm not really sure when it comes to responsiveness. The smart triggers are very responsive and so are the back buttons. They click very nicely and respond as soon as you click them

For the smart triggers, how far do the triggers go after they click? Bc I see you’re not pulling the trigger all the way. What is stopping them, and does it feel like they would break if you pressed too hard?

I just went to purchase a battle beaver controller in they wanted to charge extra for a case and the cord to charge it I couldn't bring myself to buy from them for those reasons at least my scuff came with all that extra stuff when you're paying that kind of price

Yeah bro it’s a hard choice for sure. I like my extreme tension and I think a lot of cod pros do tension. So maybe the sweet spot is in the middle but no matter what you choose it’ll be great. And you could always send it in and change it down the road

I guess you could do it either way. R3 on the back would probably be weird. You could get the remappable buttons but that does cost extra

It's a whole process. You click through and pick whatever you want. Like smart triggers and high tension sticks. It comes with default sticks I think if you don't click anything but I changed it to extreme tension

Just switched to Z sticks. Left stick has no extra tension or kontrol freek. Right stick has extreme tension and a tall purple kontrol freek

No I haven't noticed this. I'd say either hit up battle beaver or maybe in your game try turning up your deadzone in the settings

Scuf controllers are ass. Mine broke after a few months. Paddles don’t work and crazy stick drift. And I put the controller away and never left it out. Feels bad

Regular sticks. But I just sent it in for repairs and got them to switch them to Z sticks. Gonna try those out

oops i just replied to your other comment lol. Like i said on the other comment i keep it around 6/7 with standard and aim assist and dynamic on the stick response curve or whatever that setting is. And then i have automatic tac sprint turned on and i have slide set to click rather than hold.

Scuf is poorly made and I got stick drift within in the first month. The month after the paddle broke so I think you might have sold me for BB.

Ay mine is still working good. I think the spring is kinda messing up but I think every controller does that after a while. All the buttons and triggers still work and no stick drift

No mods. Just cosmetics and and altered sticks/buttons. No anti recoil, dropshot, or anything like that.

It’s called ds4windows. It’s what you use to connect your PlayStation controller to your pc. It registers it as an Xbox controller I guess so it’ll work with Windows

Scuff is trash. AIM controllers is cheaper and better, I've had one for more than a year and only had one problem and it got fixed pretty fast.

These aren't worth it. Takes forever for them to build them. Had mine for a year and half. Face buttons stopped responding. Still under warranty and sent in, fixed in a timely matter. Less than a year later, smart trigger stopped working. Can't send in to repair because of COVID. But wait....you can buy a new custom controller because there parts received from third world countries to make these controllers are disinfected and COVID free....please. Wish I could have my $200 back. Made this same type of post on their Instagram page and they deleted my comment and blocked me. Great business practice. Block out anything negative so everyone thinks we are perfect.

Idk I like mine. Everything still works fine and even if yours broke after a year, that's insane a controller can last that long. I feel like standard ps4 controllers break after a month or two.

I did love the controller when it worked. I loved the smart triggers. But I'm a very average gamer, playing less than 10hrs a week. I was always careful with it, never left it out where my kids could get ahold of it.

I'd also like to add that I still have my original dual shock controller from launch day. The thumbsticks are a little worn but everything still works. Even if that broke, it's only another $65 not $200.

Khelan yeah it was a year and half but I wasn't playing all day everyday. I understand that things break and I was fully under the impression I would pay to have it to be fixed which I was fine with. My point was that they are pushing for a new controller and not allowing repairs but there third world country parts are perfectly sanitized and COVID free.

Controller is of poor quality and very fragile. I received a broken controller after 5 months waiting, had to send it back and pay for shipping myself. Received it back in a month and it broke again within two days (1 foot drop of couch on carpet). Customer service doesn't take responsibility and just want your money. SCAM! Would not recommend.
