Hey Gabriel, great videos. It'd be nice to do the same thing but backwards - for instance, if I want to snatch 100kg - what must I squat, overhead squat, snatch balance etc. Or clean and jerk X

I have an video about snatch too. if you want to simplify, snatch is around 80-85% of your clean and jerk.

112 strict press seems impossible to believe, I hit 110 kg at a bw of 74kg. How is that even possible, he must barely train it then ?

110kg strictpress at 74 kg bodyweight is unheard of strength tho. Are you a super short, bloated roided midget? Do you have super short arms? Because if you are relatively normal you are insanely strong, or your strict press is not as strict as you say

Hello gabriel....iv been weightlifting for 11 months now and can clean and jerk 88kg and snatch 70kg...I'm trying to come up with a goal for next year ...what would be realistic? I was think around a 100-110kg clean and jerk and a 90kg snatch what do you think? Should I have a bigger goal or should I lower my goals

Thats what I did, I had basically the same numbers and in a little less than a year I was able to hit a 105 kg clean and jerk and a 92 kg snatch, its posible. I would just point out that I had a pretty consistent technique when I started working toward that goal. So my recommendation is, make sure ur technique is consistent so u can concentrate on getting stronger. Good luck

I'm 6ft 175lb. Pretty similar. Took one year for me doing CJ only to 245lb without much lifting knowledge. You will still grow. Keep up the work. Doing more accessories and lifting consistently instead of ego lifting has helped tremendously. A better gym would help too with a squat rack and overall better equipment. I would be afraid to go all out on carpet with padding. Love the work you are putting in.
