Newton has a Sapp-ish feel to my eye. No flashy moves but heavy hands he uses to push by OL's. Same every play tenacity like Warren. Great pick

Is it possible that the pace of change in the NFL is due to the “best available” philosophy? You have to CREATE a way to use your newly acquired bad ass. …no one’s prepared!

Yeah, Payne and Allen has been playing way too many snaps over the last couple years. We need to add a person that wouldn't be a drop-off. Also, adding him to play along side them is better than any edge rusher available at that spot in the draft.
