This song references the “ golden spiral” found throughout nature and even uses the Fibonacci sequence in the syllables in the verses.(it is where the two previous numbers add up to the next number) 1 black 1 and 2 white are 3 all I see 5 in my infancy 8 red and yellow then came to be 5 reaching out to me 3 let’s me see And so on… check out vicarious, parabol/ parabola, and wings for Marie parts 1 and 2. The second two are two part songs that should be done together…. 🌀out…. Keep going 👍

The way I've interpreted this song is the journey from birth to death. It starts with the mother's heart beat in the womb, moments of joy and pain throughout the middle with deep fleeting points of clarity, to the rushed realization to savor every moment in the end.

I'm an older guy who enjoys nothing more than watching younger men who grew up mostly exposed to rap/hiphop their entire lives discover the power of good rock music. If that's not you Stax then I apologize. I hate to sterotype but I see so many young peopke doing reactions who have primarily grown up with those genres, and maybe some soul or R&B because of the oldsters around them. When I was your age, there was so much great music in so many genres that we enjoyed it all; in fact, often took it for granted. I don't blame you, I blame the big corporations that run music today (big corporations are to blame for a lot of ills in the world today but that's a different conversation). Anyway, kudos to you for being interested to branch out and discover this whole new world. I'm enjoying watching your journey. Spiral out!

3:30 there's actually more to it than this - if you have any 6th sense perception going on, thinking about earthly stuff will tend to defocus you right out of your intuitive senses for a while. Intuition is within the body, so if you focus on the physical feeling of your breath going through your nose (placing your awareness in the body quiets the mind) after a little while you'll feel a little pressure in the center of your forehead and your temples. Means your 3rd eye is ready for duty.
