I once did not have any money, none , not a cent. So for 15 days more or less , I didn’t eat one single bite, there was nothing to eat. Only water to drink. After not eating for so long I finally came into something to eat, but I felt wonderful , it was as if I had a new body and I thanked Allah ta alla for having not eating and for eating ☮️❤️

Fruit and meat really are a blessing. Even among the food of Jannah, fruits and meat are often described. “And We shall provide them with fruit and meat, such as they desire.” (Surat At-Tur: 22) “And any fruit that they choose. And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire.” (Surat Al-Waqi’ah: 20-21)

Cool I was litterally just looking into this myself this week I'm trying to eat healthier. I was on carnivore the past two weeks, then I thought the prophet diet is probably the best. Our prophet at simple dishes that are healthy is what I found. Also his favorite drink was cold water or honey mixed with water that's cold.

@ BelalDAce -I've been trying carnivore too but I feel really sick and get increased edema when I eat NOTHING but animal products. Last spring I was sick and I got better eating cucumbers, plain Greek Yogurt, pureed pumpkin, watermelon and small mandrines daily. Cumber is one of the only vegetables (and I'm learning it's a fruit) that I continue to eat almost daily. It seems to have healing or soothing qualities.

today I started fasting the 2 days a week Muhammad pbuh used to fast and i ate brown bread and paste dates on the breakfast (the first meal after fasting i mean) it felt so light on my stomach ❤️❤️dates are lovely

I thought I knew a lot before I really started practicing the sunnah . It's not just diets or routine . Making wudu and sholah 5 times or more a day , Reading Quran , Learning to put Mercy first but being sensible . Some people think is Islam is hard but the basic requirements of Believing Allah , the prophets , angels and making sholah Is really simple and any sunnah you practice after that has outstanding benefits that are unquantifyable by our reason and is undoubtedly from the merciful lord of his creation the forgiver the just the kind

Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him led a life of balance. He used to drink a glass of water mixed with honey every single morning. Ibn Qayyim said: (The Prophet peace be upon him used to drink honey mixed with water on empty stomach, and this is the secret of maintaining good health that no one can understand except one who is intelligent and blessed).

That's way in the Arabic tradition we serve dates with coffee. It's become tradition due to its connection with religion and with prophet Muhammad taste's in food (PBUH) 💙

It's a traditional thing in the Arabic gulf region, we serve dates with Arabic Coffee. Also, I've never tried eating dates with Yogurt, but I'll give it a try in future.

You're right 👍🏻 It's a typical tradition in Khallijiya, to welcome the guests 🤗 Traditional Qahwa ☕ with Tamara (dates) The best dates I personally tasted were from Qassim, but traditionally Arab people around the Arab world made the Madinah dates the best and most famous dates of all. I honestly don't understand why, because the best dates I personally tasted were from Qassim, but,.... Allahu Allam 😕 🤷🏼♀️ Fame and to be Famous doesn't make it properly good or the best, but, that's my personal opinion... W Allahu Allam! 😕 Btw.... Bobby, I've been obsessed with the caucus regions. I'm into kefir and do a lot of research on the history of it. Its said to be handed down from prophet Muhammad. Was a closely guarded heirloom to the people.. doing a lot of research on caucasians, circassians, karachay and many others..
