this sans is a korean character made for mugen, it was so op in that game, had some original mechanics... so... yeah, this is why this sprites looks odd for rivals of aether

that slamming thing you did was actually canon - at the end, he slams your heart into the walls over and over again and then falls asleep because he ran out of energy.

If you do end up making a video about him, I'd strongly recommend including the stage I released alongside him, King Bowser's Castle. It's pretty involved and has a lot of stuff that'd be fun to check out.

Fun fact: this sans is also in M.U.G.E.N and speaks.in Korean. He's pretty open in Mugen, as he has a meter of dodging, and in big maps.he's just op.

I think sans being invincible is supposed to be like his dodges in the original game, you do no damage because he dodges but he is one shotted if you manage to hit him once because he has 1 hp

Someone probably already said this but the reason why sans is sometimes invincible is the supposed to reference sans dodging in his fight but when he can't dodge anymore he dies in one hit

The reason why he wasn't taking damage when papyrus was hitting him because whenever someone does an attack on op sans he's dodging it but it dosent look like it, so it just looks like he can't take damage

The reason sans doesn’t take damage is because he has a certain amount of dodges until he just dies

This is the most accurate version of sans that ever exists in a fighter game. In the original game, he only has 1 hp and 1 (=100%) dodge chance until he get tired.

That's how the MUGEN character worked, but I think that this one just dodges while he's idle and can only be hit while attacking.

His whole "invincibility" thing is a reference to how sans worked in the game he's from, Undertale. See, sans his actually the weakest enemy in the game with only 1 attack, 1 defense, and 1 hp..... However, he works around that with weird stuff unique to him. Yeah, all his attacks only do 1 damage per hit.... But you don't have invincibility frames in his fight, unlike every other battle in Undertale. So one attack can hit you like 30 times in a second. And his HP and defense may mean he dies from taking any amount of damage...... But he constantly dodges in the fight, so you don't really get a chance to DEAL any of the damage needed to kill him until he tires out. Which is shown in this character as him normally being invincible, but dying instantly if he DOES take damage somehow.

I think sans isn't "invincible" he simply keeps "dodging" all the attacks. Unless it is too powerful, then he is one hit

3:39 yea so i assume this is sans' telekinesis/soul manipulation which if you spam the smash attacks enough you can get something like his Soul Spam (the final part of his last attack where he yeets you around the box)

So from what I can tell sans literally only has 1 hp which is why his check text says **the easiest enemy** but he’s hard because he dodges so sans in RoA is based off of dodging and bone attack

Sans will only be hit if the enemy hits Sans while he is doing a attack, but this window is very short, and basically the only way Sans could take damage is if the enemy just so happens to hit him while Sans starts an attack, such as his animation, however the window in which Sans can be hit is about a second, so you basically got to hope for the best. I hope this helped.
