I was pre-diabetic at an A1C of 6.1. I did the Keto and intermittent fasting and that got me down to 5.8 but I never tried to lose weight....I am not "fat" at 5'10" and 163 pounds. But I do have the "belly fat" and chin fat. I think I can lose 10-15 pounds so that is my new goal. Maybe the weight loss will get my A1C lower.

Firstly, congrats on making the changes and improving your A1C! If you feel you've got 10-15 lb. to lose, that will absolutely help you lower it down. Keep going... you got this!
