you should put in a rocket R nine one espresso machine, a Barazza Setta 270wi grinder, and top that off and an Ailio Bullet R1 V2 roaster. you can then direct source your coffee from the growers making sure you have the highest quality and support them. Then roast just the amount of coffee needed and have minimal to waste. Also the Rocket espresso machines are simple and designed to be serviced so your chief engineer can easily maintain the machine if it goes down. Great video, the food looked amazing.

Love your channel! With you being eco-friendly, have you guys thought of using the refillable pods? They make them for Nespresso. Simple to use. Otherwise I did see an earlier post regarding sending pods back to Nespresso for recycling. More ways to help the environment 😊

Hello Tristan, really enjoy your vids and been watching the channel pretty much since launch... The tech and insights are great, however I wondered if you can share more on how you recruit (where did Chad come onboard etc) , fuelling & maint of the toys etc, typical charter timebable so does each client dictate where what how or do you do that ?.. Great video. It’s a pity you can’t video the guests (although completely understand why!) as it would be great to see the actual service at the table. But Chef’s food looked amazing, and it was great to see Giv again! More like this please Tris!

@@gofer1971 Aye but at the price they're paying including a high level chef? Yea I'm sure it tastes good. A high level of meal from a supposedly high level chef would also taste good and not be something you could just as easily get in your local cafe. A high end multi hundred thousand dollar experience like chartering a super yacht should have memorable food. Not plain dishes like these. A huge part of the super yacht experience is supposed to be the food. Not the case with this meal.

I like the Nescafe products like Nespresso. Try the Nescafe White Coffee!

Nespresso is a great alternative to industrial and expensive espresso machines like "Gaggia". In addition, Nespresso gives you the option to make different types of infusions and flavors. As far as the environmental issue, the company provides customers with prepaid-postage plastic bags in which you can ship your used aluminum capsules to be recycled. BTW, when buying an espresso machine be sure the water pressure is at least 19 Bars. This will guarantee that your coffee is brewed properly and you get the best flavor.

What about some crew meals -- when you have guests and when you don't. Does James ever do a fancy dinner for the crew or at least fancier food? Looking for a range to have an idea of what crew get. Just curious. Probably have to wait until next season.

I've been drinking coffee since I was 5 years old but just never really liked espresso. I use my French press every day and grind my own beans.

I assume it was the camera, but the lights may have been dimmed.

Chances are the Galley is "blue" to help with the eyesight for the crew - so they don't go from bright to outside dark etc - so you use red or blue lights and your eyes adjust, you can see fine and you don't get night blindness when you go outside. Camera probably has a hard time with it.

Italien espresso machine are the best. Nespresso is a good alternative until you taste the real deal. ( agreed with the non eco friendly... If you are not standing on a 122ft Yacht ) xD

If I won a trip with you guys I would want it so casual like wear your own clothes casual and would insist you enjoy yourselves to Im too old to do all the water toys but I would like seeing everyone playing and having a good time and We would eat like kings ha ha sounds like fun to me

Crazy for me to see a crappy Nespresso Maschine and low quality Illy coffee next do that great food :-D Would have thought you would have a real espresso machine on board and good coffee beans ;-)

True there. They make many machines that even grind their own beans, clean themselves etc. They're only a couple thousand dollars. No reason AWOL doesn't even have the same level of coffee machine as your average home coffee lover can get hold of.

I was going to enter the raffle until I noticed that the winner wouldn't be drawn until all 40000 tickets had been sold, which could be never (40000 x £15 = £600,000. Cost of weekly charter is around £100,000. Nice work if you can get it). Also, I noticed that if the prise is not awarded then you only get 75% of your money back. Who gets the other 25%?

@@dingbatbell01 Rafall most likely takes the 25% - they also don't work for free. I think AWOL is roughly 110000/week + Expenses, however, the prize is all included - Expenses - The port fees, fuel, tip for crew are a considerable cost - typically the charter fee is the small portion. Heck, just flying 6 people from anywhere on the globe to Croatia (I am assuming business class) could be upwards of 50,000 easily. Not to mention car transfers from the airport to the coast etc. I was on the other end - assuming that rafall took 25% as a fee - wondering if the money left to be used for the trip would be enough. I am quite sure if there is a "Profit" then something could be worked out, but I would imagine there would be next to nothing after the "Expenses" were deducted.

@@kennethfeld6639 I think if I paid €110,000 for a week onboard I wouldn't expect to have to pay for fuel, port fees, crew wages etc. on top. I could charter a AWAL for £100000 and rafall tickets for £15 a ticket and not pick the winner until I have £600000 in the bank. Even if I spend £100000 on travel expenses and give the rafall website 25% I would still come out with around £250000 profit.

Patti Marshall thought the same thing, touching hair, ears, chest. Didn’t use soap to wash the hands either after emptying the bin etc.For someone who’s front of house, she comes across as pretty awkward, poor conversation, a bit nervous.

O.M.G this has been soooo over discussed - you're obviously new to the channel. First - it also includes round trip, 1st class airfare for 6 from anywhere in the world. Also I don't think most people know what a week's worth or fueling and port fees, etc cost AND that some of it goes to charity. Is it a bit high? YES indeed. But its not just the $110K and some happy meals... Also think of the fact that in the WEEK the "free trip" is happening is ALSO a week they are NOT earning for a REAL CHARTER ... so right there DOUBLED the cost if you want to look at it mathematically. So this is what it is (gawd I hate saying that now)... so buy a ticket, or don't. 🤷♂️

Is this your first raffle? The whole point of a raffle is to sell as many tickets / make as much money for a business while also allowing a lucky winner to get a high value prize for the fraction of the normal cost.

Throw that coffee machine in the bin and invest in a dual boiler machine that will make and extract a coffee shot and also be capable of texturizing milk. Can't believe a high-class ship cant make a proper coffee as a barista would make.

I must admit the dinner service was very basic, in what went into serving dinner, I think it would have helped if we actually saw the guests being served at the table,
