City slickers telling people to go somewhere else if they want something. For a large proportion of the Australian population Woolies has driven all those other shops into extinction. Travel 2 hours to "go somewhere else" isn't really practical.

Woolworths decides to stop selling Australia Day Merchandise! I have decided to stop shopping at Woolworths 100% for 365 days per year. They will not get my business ever again. While ever they decide to go "Woke" they can go broke. My several thousand a year will not hurt them but if 10% or more people join me in boycotting Woolies it will hurt them and maybe, just maybe get them to stick to retailing rather than politics.

Everyone boycotte any store thats not selling aussie stuff its disgusting what they are doing regardless of sales declining people will still buy it im ashamed to be aussie now first trying to change the date for Australia Day now this disgusting

Funny thing is that Halloween and Chines New Year product sales are far lower than Australia Day merchandise sales yet Woolies is continuing those so it is NOT falling sales that prompted this decision as some claim.

@@saintsone7877 absolutely true someone said it on another video that they aren't taking items off the shelves that are low in sales they keep them on the shelf

@@stevenweiler1379 Yep. Witnessed that myself many times. Certain noodles that always sold out within hours of being put on shelves eventually stopped being stocked by Woolies so that they could sell the ones that they made more profit on as they are cheaper for Woolies to buy than the other brand. When they had sold all the stock of the noodles they were not selling much of they did not restock the hot sellers due to insufficient profit margin for them but they restocked with the slow sellers.
