I often speak about the importance of self-reflection. We all need to reflect on our actions. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in my life is that no matter how low you get, only you can pull yourself out of the dumps. You can’t rely on others to do it for you. When you’re in the wilderness, you have to be your own guide out.
