Pile 2: Some parts resonated, but I think unhealed individuals project a lot onto me. I can be giving yes, but I do not exist to give. I'm a multi-faceted person and I have a lot to offer myself. I find it kind of harmful that some people just want me around to soothe their own needs and disregard me as a person. They seem to only view me as a body or a parent and I'm not comfortable in that codependency and devaluation of my character. I have had to put up firm boundaries and even cut contact with people like that. Yes, people want to take from me and think they can impress me with expensive gifts. I don’t need a partner for that, I'm settled and materialism isn't very appealing to me. I like nice things and some luxury, but I'm not brand-focused.

I can’t show up knowing that it’s true he has some commitment issues but has always been willing to make changes I requested and me vice versa. He’s going through a struggle and I am too. He reverted and it scared me. So we need to fall back. For now. I miss him and I know he misses me. But we have to be true to ourselves and sloooowwww it down

True..I love to think myself and others the same way. Just grown up kids. And then once I saw my niece, being clever and hurt....I accepted how people can be different from me, but still lovable and annoying.
