all the tips are good but still buying a house NOWADAYS aren't affordable as they used to be. For example, years before 2000 buying a house would probably cost you 100k with a wage of RM2000-3000 but nowadays you can't seem to find a house sold below than 200k and plus the purchasing requirement for minimum wage is higher as the value of the house is higher than before but our wages scheme doesn't keep up with nowadays commitment and needs.

hahaha, in the area i live, the prices have gone too much. it’s around rm400k-rm500k++ truth being told, i don’t think youngsters nowadays can afford to buy a house anymore lol this country, urgh, they were only aiming for someone rich

@@buahsalak82 right? not only the school nor university, even parents nowadays didn’t teach their kids on how to look for a job, on how to buy a house on their own, what process they need to go through and so on smh. so many things were left behind. they’ll struggle in the last minute of their life lol

I paid the booking fee & got the loan approved. Then, came the pandemic & I got a 50% pay cut. Luckily, I didn't sign the loan agreement yet. So, I could cancel it. There goes my dream 😭😭😭
