I very much enjoyed the video and its exactly what type of home my wife and I are interested in purchasing. We are paying cash no mortgage involved also we would like to see other homes available even any other areas that includes a pool. 3/2 is acceptable with same property no HOA own everything

None of the housing that I seen around that city has much of property fencing. Is it expensive on a 1/4 to 1/2 acre for the fence, say for a brick wall compared to vinyl, what's the prices?

@@RenzoM4 thats great to know. Not yet ready to leave here but im getting closer. My friend is only paying $500 a year in taxes on her new home of $400,000 cause of transferring her homestead over. She bought a house on Miami Beach back in the day for only $50,000...was sometime in the 80's. I would like a house with an acre or two and no HOA. Ocala seems like a good spot. With what I sell for here, I could buy a house cash and still have money left over. Was just wondering if I could keep my taxes at what I'm paying now with portability like my friend did since its a different county in Florida.

now tell the whole truth. No HOA, no cdd BUT Deed Restricted. All of Marion Oaks is Deed Restricted. So realtors need to stop withholding information on unsuspecting buyers.

Marion Oaks if’s Definitely not 1hr n 15 min from the Orlando Airport it’s 1hr n 30 min and 2 hr w traffic. Not to be negative but it’s just the truth take it from a person that lives in Orlando
