Hopefully $350K price point comes back in Sacramento in the next 6 to 18 months because it makes sense based on the average income in this part of California.

I'm currently going through too much with 3 kids and I live n KY and I'm thinking bout moving to another state with my kids for a new start in a new state I am on limit monthly income I'm on SSI and that is not much to live on between rent and bills so I am looking round for cheap houses to rent and good jobs for extra money

Hi Ofelia! Finding rentals is not my expert area but, I can definitely try and help you with that. Also, you can call or text me at (916) 753-8976 and I can talk to you about benefits of homeownership vs renting. And if a downpayment is a problem, there are programs for that to help out :)
