How would cabin crew accept that possibility, and the general public...passengers? Would need proof of concept and many trials..( like self driving vehicles)...but I believe that the public would eventually accept it as a safer system?

Looking at the future of passenger aircraft, how is AI likely to develop. Most air accidents are put down to pilot error...can you imagine a future when autonomous aircraft replace the flight deck?

Airbus has already said they aren’t replacing pilots on their airliners. It’s on their website too. In the video, the refueling of the aircraft is automated not the airplane
