What do you think of Real Estate Investor having their own property management company if they have over 100+ units?

Yeah most property managers hire unlicensed and uninsured contractors so that they themselves can make money.

Hey, thank you for the video. I really enjoyed it. I myself am new to property management. I’ve been doing it in formally and I’d like to pick up. This video has been helpful. I can’t wait to enjoy more of them. I do have a question. In the video you you referenced the loyalty in volume is the cheat code Are you purchasing loyalty from the manager or loyalty from the investors? Are you offering the property managers more homes in order for them to manage at a lower rate? Or the contractors lots of work so they can work at a reasonable rate?

It all sounds too easy- I buy underpriced house, pull out 30k of equity right away and buy 3 more. Boom, all done. Please clarify in a video if possible :).
