One thing i really admire this guy for is he is genuine, real and down to earth.. he doesn't pretend to be who he's not..

i think in one of the dance practice, meryl pretty much said it all. She once mentioned saying that Maks is a very passionate person when it comes to dancing and he really wants his partner to feel it to. If his partner doesn't feel the same way, he does get a bit aggressive about it. Plus, I think ppl think too much of Maks and Maks kinda has to hide it with his pride. And he really does feel down because he doesn't want to fail his partners. In fact, I think he never had a partner who ever relate things together and with meryl, he could share a lot of things with. I just noticed how their chemistry grew and grew throughout the competition and there were a lot of things in maks that I don't think I've ever saw before either and I was glad to see those new sides to him. I voted for them because not only did they dance well, I noticed this awesome confidence and partnership they both had and boy did i guess right.

I think many people are taking Maks´ ¨staying in charácter¨remark to mean that the whole thing, on the floor and off, was just for show, just to win the trophy. But I say that there IS something special there, and you don´t have to be all that perceptive tto see it. ¨Connecting on a personal level,¨ as Meryl has said about the two of them, certainly added to the whole package, that´s for sure. I don´t ever recall having seen this many tribute videos to a DWTS couple. They are, without doubt, the best to have graced the show´s stage.

This was great and all to my favorite piece by Debussy ; Claire de lune. I had never heard some of these comments before. I keep hoping they get together again if nothing else then "dance buddies". They brought so much to the dance floor - it was breathtaking. I so hope they both know they have fans that would love to see this. DWTS will never be as good as it was this past season because of M & M. Thanks for this insight!
