We started at almost the exact same time so its awesome to see how our accounts are super similar despite pulling for different characters. At first i only pulled characters i really liked and didnt think about what the meta could be so i was basically stuck being carried by Ganyu for the first 9 months. Missed out on Kazuha, missed out on Yelan😢 two characters i really do wish i had now.

this was a great 2nd monitor vid while i ran around farming handguards! i'm a day one player but stopped before dragonspine and took a very long break and came back in 3.8. when you said that you spent all of your primos on the standard banner i felt a pain in my soul. i did the same thing for the same reason because it was my first gacha game and the whole limited banner thing was beyond me. i quit because i'm a mostly mmo player so the concept of resin didn't fit with my "grind endlessly for things" mentality and was super frustrated being so resource strapped. it just wasn't the game i wanted it to be. coming back (ar35) i took a more relaxed approach, accepted the game for what it was, and focused more on the world and the lore. pulled wanderer and decided to main him since we share a birthday. fontaine was coming so i just blasted through all the archon quests to join everybody else for the launch of 4.0. i made the same decision as you to 36 star the abyss and that turned me into mostly a meta player. i don't have all the meta units but i was lucky as a day one to have high constellations of the power 5 and that even 3 years later they hadn't been power crept into oblivion. my first 36 star was in january 2024 and i've 36 starred every cycle since! looking forward to more content from you!

Hello there, it seems we are starting this game around the same time and coming from regular open world games so this is my first gacha game too, and i've felt it too when you said thing as "could get 5 stars character from their story quest" because i think the same as you lol, starting clueless about resin (used to capped resin everyday lol) and then starting to watch character build and account build guide so my account is quite good at this moment, i used to do 100% exploration in all area until the 4.4 comes out, but i will let one sub area in chenyu vale to not fully explored so i will have primogems saving in case of emergency lol because i'm running out of primo savings from story quest and hangout. Hoping too see your next content on daily basis (got you new subs).

Heyy! This is the first video I saw from you, and I just want to say, that you have a very nice voice! Anyway, I started genshin in october 2022 so its been over a year since I started genshin. And Im so glad I wasnt the only one who thought that you get the 5* characters after their story quest. 😋

This is quite interesting to see for comparison. I'm F2P too and my account is fairly similar despite me playing around half the amount of days (Hoyolab says I've logged on 162 days). I guess I'm considered a no-life then. :) I also have 7 limited 5 stars, however, it seems I've been a bit luckier as I've only lost 3/7 50/50s. I just turned AR 56 and was able to complete my first 36 star abyss clear last cycle. I was also able to 36 star this cycle as well, so hopefully I can keep up the streak. I also see that you are a fellow Gaming enjoyer! Kind of risky but I have been pulling in the hopes of trying to get him C6, currently C5. 😁

I only pull for characters occasionally for fun i don't really like the gacha part but i like all the other things genshin has to offer, except i wish there was more content for co op and ar 60 players!

i started today of last year too!! genshin is my first game ever, i played some games on my phone but nothing as big as genshin. i started bc i saw many edits of scara and xiao and i thought they were very pretty so i started playing. actually i'm playing on my second account bc my first one had aether in it and when i found out that childe called lumine "hey girlie" i had to change it hahaah (no hate towards aether of course, the sibling are both super cute and pretty, but i'm weak for childe). at first i thought that only people who spent money could get 5 stars but when i got hu tao on accident i almost panicked bc i thought i spent money on accident. it took me months before finding out how resin, gacha, talents and artifacts worked so my account is a bit behind in terms of build and characters raised. i only pull for charcters that i like in the story, i don't really care about meta or the abyss. even if i played for the abyss, it doesn't work with my computer idk why. i mained scara since i got him during the summer, but now i'm using gaming more. he's just so fun, so much so that i'm trying to pull for xianyun just to support him hahah. your account is actually very well build, i really liked the video and it was fun to share my experience and see that i wasn't the only one who was hoplessly clueless at the start

i'm a low spender and pretty unlucky on 50/50s so like i feel really mad when i compare myself to whales/just people that got lucky with their pulls in general. i've been playing for a little over 7 months and i got the same amount of limited characters as you did with 1 more limited weapon aswell, it really puts in perspective how much spending money actually makes a difference in this game, and despite all that you keep playing as a f2p and feel proud of what you have achieved, i guess i should strive to be more like you lol.

I started pretty much the same as you. I'm not a gamer. Genshin was my first. I dunno you have to build characters. What I did my first two weeks was explore the hell out of Monstadt, cook eggs, and talk to every nps with an exclamation point. Lol.

A very nice account! I only buy welkin (yes, my first time donating for a game was genshin), and for now just like you i pull for characters that unlock the best teams. Luckily i started playing right at the time of all archons rerun so they were easy to get . Now i only lack Yelan and Nilou and my op wishlist is done, i'm planning on maybe pulling for new characters that are in Natlan for more power creep lol. I haven't invested much resin into artifacts yet so no 12 floor for me but it's pretty close. Enjoyed your video!

Playing from the launch but still to this date I have only pulled for charectors that I like..... whether they are meta or not doesn't really matter... And also I haven't wished on the weapon banner even once....collecting charector's and building different teams with them is more fun to me.

That's probably the best year f2p account out there, very nice. Would be great to hear ur short and long future plans on pulls builds etc(next video idea lol). I feel like u could get c6 gaming this banner, and maybe get some faruzan cons - my fav character so I can't recommend her enough. In my experience pulling for 4* literally up to 73 pity is ok, but I usually hold back on 40-50. For TC content I always recommend zajef, but I'm sure u've already seen him. I would tell my account story but it's kind of too long at this point and not even nearly f2p so I will refrain from making this comment even longer. I will just sat as a welkin+bp player I pull for meta and waifu characters and make them as strong as reasonably possible, what I see u doing so thats cool.

Just enjoying the game but befinately saving my resources and getting ready for AR45 and primogems for the next banner that i actually would build and would be good for my team since im a F2P

I played in 1.0 but it was my first gacha game. Once I ran out of story content I stopped playing. Two years later HSR comes out and I loved it. Then I remembered that they also made another game. So I went back to Genshin but this time with the knowledge on how to play a gacha game. I didn't have any 5 star characters. Apparently I did some pulls on the standard banner because I didn't like Venti, the first limited 5 star. I didn't use many relics and they were not leveled up or of the same kind. The game was actually difficult as I was really underpowered. Long story short, now I have Furina, Nahida and Raiden Shogun all leveled up. F2P BTW Like commented and subscribed 👍

I started like 4-5 months ago (during the zhongli-childe banner). I pulled for 7 limited 5 stars as well and won 5-5050 (C1 Wriothesley, C1 Furina, Baizhu, Navia, Ayato and C3 Diluc). Now im guaranteed, so will pull for Kazuha or Neuvillette in 4.5. I also have 100% everywhere except liyue and monstadt (around 90% on those areas).

My alt account started just 2 months after the 1st one was created during launch, I did took some hiatus on it but then because I made the account to have keqing, a week later I finally got her on main, yeah was messed up XD, but anyways I resume playing it during inazuma release and kept playing it since, there were few events that I have missed, didnt have enough time and 2-3 I complete forgot to do, rarely miss daily and resin burn, but other than that it was fully grown account, except I didnt bother abyss with it, and I awalys try to wish for chars I dont plan on getting on my main except some few, ayaka, because I didnt I'd like her back then, then I realized I wanted her on my main, and the other one is lady furina, well because its lady furina, the others are yoimiya, itto, ayato, baizhu, wrio, haitam, wanderer, cyno, kokomi and shenhe, the standards are c4 keqing, c3 qiqi, tignari and jean, 5 star weapons from standard are amos bow, gravestone, skywardspine and 2 aquila favonia, with that being said there are still a lot of unexplored areas and quite a few unfinished quest(main is 100%), if I have to guess could probably get 1 to 2 5 stars worth if all explored? not sure, but yeah to give you an example of what a full f2p account would look like from dec 2020-jan2021 and july2021 up to present, do I regret building this account? hell yeah I do, I cant abandon it XD.

How did you farm primogems for all your characters? I also need all these characters on my account, i have been playing for 4 months now. I only have hu tao, raiden, nahida and jean on my account and farming for primos to wish on kazuha and furina banner. I also have planned to wish on yelan and zhongli but i am struggling to get primos. Can you give me some tips or make a video on it. How to farm and manage your primos effectively??

I pulled a lot on standard because I really wanted Kequing....still don't have her, ar 59 two years into playing

if you realy wants more gaming dmg just use fav on furina instead and maybe 110-120 energy is enough

I like Raiden straight up more when playing Hyperbloom, you can start the rotation with her skill which allows you to not miss some seeds from the beggining+ even when you miss some seeds she procs so fast that its hard for you to not proc 2 seeds at one time (which is the limit for hyperbloom, if you proc 3 or more it does nothing) + her range and skill uptime are just great, I do tend to play Kuki quite a bit more now, but thats because I play Alhaitham, so I dont really care about the range or burst damage bonus, when I play double hydro HB i prefer Raiden.

LOL just like U I kinda fked up my account too back when I started playing the game in 2020 by the time I understood what I was doing I already used up all of my condensed resin and didn't know a thing the only saving grace was that I had the big three 4 stars c6ed ( Bennet, Xiangling and Xingqiu ) and I had pulled Zhongli...🤣🤣🤣🤣 BTW try running Raiden with Chevy, Xiangling and Bennet....I too have a c0 Raiden and she does like 160K+ on her initial slash and then 40-50Ks on the next few slashes while the buff is on, replace Xiangling with c6 Kujo to get even bigger dmg..!!
