The primitive Paul Rodriguez deck I had was the best feeling deck I've ever had. Made me realize best deck for me is....14"WB (first time ever trying that small of a WB, & (keeping it on the shorter side) 31.5"long. Shorter so you can muscle-it-around easily .

Glad to see a new content. I threw my back out on a sketchy landing and have been unable to skate for a bit while it settles down. Always enjoy a new video and watching a fellow “youngster” like Ben kill it. Getting younger is a bitch. 46 in may and I’m not giving up the board anytime soon.

I can't imagine skating a 14 inch wheelbase. I think up until 6 months ago all my setups were 14.25 wheelbase. But then I moved to 14.5 and it is real comfortable for me. With the new ventures I bought, do you think I should go down in wheelbase to really get the most out of the trucks or will it not matter much? I watch the full videos but I don't have the 90s skate knowledge to answer any of the questions. I am just pumped that you are hooking up the good people in the skatervers.

Mediocre session... if I could skate that well when I retired 15 years ago... I’d have been pretty stoked. Just trying to get back into skating as my town has finally decided to invest in a professionally designed/made skatepark and our son is getting into it.
