I had the pleasure of meeting Marta Kristen twice when she came to Australia, I have a signed photo taken with her, I also got to chat with her before she went on stage. I also got to meet Mark Goddard when he came to Australia to promote the LIS movie. I was bitten on the right hand by a dog the day before and it was very swollen, I put my left hand out to shake his hand and said to him why I had to use my left hand and he said I better get that seen to. They were both very nice to talk with. I wrote a letter to Jonathan Harris and he sent me a letter back, I still have the letter he wrote me.

I saw June Lockhart's first appearance in Pettycoat Junction and really appreciated how she managed to find her place on that show. As I recall she had to break into a literal old boys network. It was done graciously. I always felt sorry for Mike Goodard. I felt his talents were under utilized when they switched from a serious sci fi to the comedy format. He would have been a great action character if he had been on Star Trek. Guy Williams could have been a phenomenal star ship captain on Star Trek.

Guy Williams was in that Sinbad movie I saw as a very young kid and as I got older always remembered that 'quest' feeling: As the only way to kill the evil 'boss' was to travel to his lands, across dangerous obstacles, through a trapped tower to the final showdown. Another more recent movie used this same set-up. I finally found it and have a digital copy. Grew up on Lost in Space and Batman in the 60's.

Super classic Lost In Space as always. I remember and I don't know how when John Robinson says 'Ive never seen a spaceship that big in all my life'. But did see the same spacecraft in the first B/W season. But not that important. Just an observation. Good to see that there's lots of interest in this family in space show.👍🇭🇲🇭🇲🦘🐨✌️

"Verda", whom you did picture, was silver (obviously). The green-skinned woman, aka "the girl from the green dimension" was named "Lorelei" in one episode and "Athena" in another. No reason for the name change was given.

The "very memorable" title was "The Siege of AR-558". Don't forget Bill Mumy's five years in the series "Babylon: 5". Or his appearance in the Netflix "Lost in Space" reboot. Or his appearances in "Space Command". Or the legendary film "A.I. Assault" (legendary in that the entire cast disowned the movie. Don't mention it to Mumy or Robert Picardo if you ever get to meet either of them). Or 90s live-action versions of "Captain America", "Superboy", or "The Flash". So that's LiS, ST, B5, DC, and Marvel. I think the only major franchise he wasn't in was Star Wars. As far as his Star Trek involvement, I would rather have seen someone, anyone make a production of "Return of The Worthy" rather than Mumy's DS9 appearance. That's a three-issue run of DC comics "Star Trek: TOS" book coauthored by Bill Mumy and Peter A. David. It was a very-thinly disguised "Lost in Space meets Star Trek" story. Easily worth $25 for the trade paper. Mumy and PAD did other memorable collaborations, like creating the live-action children's series "Space Cases".

Does Uncovered Files ever do any kind of fact checking? Is it too much to ask for simple correct info, like getting the year the show first aired correct. Not only did this miss the year, but put it in the wrong decade. So much this got wrong, which is a shame cause I grew up with this show in the 60's. But it did bring back some fond memories.

Jonathan Harris and Bill Mumy is forever cemented in my brain as "Dr. Smith and Will Robinson". Guy Williams will always be Zorro and June Lockhart will always be Ruth Martin from Lassie and Lost in Space couldn't change my image of them. By the way, Angela Cartwright is a Von Trapp.

Goddard was an arrogant drunk. I met him at a convention one time and I asked him to sign a comic that he had written for lost in space in the 90s, and he told me the only way he would sign. It is if I bought a photo so I bought the photo. He signed it. And I handed him the book and he looked at me and said what as part of the deal and I said most. Certainly, because that's what I wanted Sin 2 begin with. I'll never forget that interaction plus the smell of booze coming off of him was quite disheartening

3:08. First when you're talking about Guy Williams you said Lost in Space was in 1959. Seemed weird since it was still on when I was a kid, but whatever. Then when you were talking about June Lockhart, you said she joined Lost in Space in 1965. (but she was in the pilot episode which I saw a rerun of) At 11:08 you refered to Mark Goddard as Mike Goddard. Really? At 26:56 you were a little off. Lost in space did not debut in 1965 and end suddenly in 1986. Might have been closer to 1968. Seems like the sort of detail you'd want to pay attention to for a documentry type episode. While you mentioned that Angela Cartwright and Dick Tufeld both had parts in the 1998 Lost in Space movie there were also cameos by June Lockhart, Marta Kristen, and Mark Goddard. Johnathan Harris was offered a cameo, but turned it down. I won't bother to nit pick on any of the actors you mentioned that were only in 1 or 2 episodes, but the good news is that in order to see all these errors I did watch your entire show. ;^) (yay KZfaq)

You dont know the orginal storyline? Prof Robinson and Mrs.Robinson only had 1 child Judy,,, Will and Penny are adopted chosen by IQ testing and trained to be experts in different sciences Will engineering and electronics ,, Penny botany and biology for animal domestication, Major West and Judy were to marry and start a family ,then Will and Penny were after they grew up remember they are a colonization ship this was to start of colony on Alpha Centruari and other ships coming later 10 yrs apart. This info comes from the Lost in Space comic wrote by Bill Mumy for Innovation comics printed at the time Bill was working on Babylon 5.
