Been a fan of F1 for over 60 years. Seen several great drivers in the sport. Max is on the verge of quite possibly being greater than all of them. And he's fun to watch. He and his team are on an amazing roll.

LMFAO...guess most of those sixty years was when you were drunk. I went to the 1960 FI GP in riverside in 1960, and have SEEN EVERY GREAT DRIVER SINCE THEN. THE DUTCH BOY IS IN THE TOP TWENTY, BUT THAT US ALL....and if his dad had not been a formula one driver, Max would be driving a bus, some where..

From what I have gathered, Max could not care less what others think of his driving style. The alpha and omega of racing is passing the finish line before the others. This is something he does with impressive regularity. End of story.

"Super" Max Verstappen is currently driving at a level seldom seen in history. He's destined to finish 2023 with over 50 wins putting him at the very least in the top 4 all-time race winners. Simply lovely. I grew up watching all the guys ahead of him on the list and he's every bit the driver they were.

We will always have discussions of who it the best ever. I certainly would put Max in that discussion right now. I'm a Red Bull fan , always loved Ferrari. Watching Max mature into an exceptional driver in all aspects of racing is quite extraordinary. He is relentless in his pursuit of success. When he and Riccardo went at it in 2016 I said that is a champion in the making. The question is how many more will he win

I truly believe that Max will not drive for any team other then RedBull. He will achieve what he thinks is possible, something that hes content with, and once he has hit his ceiling he will know and he will leave F1. He wont linger around like a Vettel or Alonso and drive for whatever team will have him. I just don't see him driving for Mercedes or Ferrari (or any other team). The reason he was aggresive because his car was not as fast as the mercedes.. If you want to battle with a inferieur car you must put your elbows out. Now that his car is on par with like ferrari last year.. The battles between him en Leclcerc were hard but fair. Now is he is in the same position as lewis was when he won his 7 titles.
