There are times when I just know God is helping me (and my family) through. Last night I felt completely at peace despite everything and today also I have not really been worried about anything (although still not feeling too good but for once it's due just to having hayfever rather than other stuff going on!) There is healing going on but it will take time, but God's timing is perfect, and the trials are what make us become more like him, they mould us into who we are meant to be I suppose.

If we stay in God's word, we get the faith we need for everyday. Because as Romans 10:17 Says "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God" I think that also has to do with understanding as well. If we stay in His Word and His presence as often as we can, the things of this world that try to cling to us and bring us down, won't be able to stick to us. I can tell you really want to win this battle, be encouraged, you are already more than a conqueror through Him Who gives you strength!

So very true indeed. I have just returned from a Christian youth camp that I was at during the last week, and there was certainly some absolutely incredible stuff going on. In fact I think this song sums it all up which is why I've returned to post here. There were so many miracles, healing and growth that I have never seen the likes of before, and it helped me resolve a couple of issues I'd been having lately too. As for the trolls, ignore them, best solution all around.

Absolutely right,its not easy to walk the Christian life.Its all about denying oneself to the deepest self.I thought it was impossible till i met Christ and the fake name sake rituals in Christianity took a new turn. Jesus made me realize that its not a perfect Christian life,but a walk to perfection in Christ.Perfected ones are taken by the Lord to his heart.Every act of goodness even in your struggles is worth it and IT'S A CLAIMED VICTORY IN CHRIST,that's how you grow. My problem is that I tend to think too much. But I remembered the other day the verse "All things work together for good for those who love the Lord". Yes it's having the faith to keep remembering that and not worry about things that's the hardest thing to do sometimes.

I was changing radio stations on my way home from vacation. With my kids sleeping driving in the dark. I heard the beginning of this song and stopped to listen. Half way through the song I started to cry. I knew then I had to find this song. I woke up my son to find it on you-tube. He did and played it again on my cell. He also enjoyed it. I've heard this song so many times and out of all the songs from Kutless, this is the best. I've overcome depression because of this, but when I discovered how dark the comment section of this video, I had a phobia. It took me some time to heal and God gave me that chance to heal by doing this, telling and spreading the truth, the Good News. To the one who commented such things, let me just ask you if you even listen to the message of the song? It says, "Miracles just happen, silent prayers got answered, broken hearts become brand new, that's what faith can do". What's in the chorus isn't a joke or false, that is the truth, you just don't see things because you won't believe. You don't have to say that our mentality breaks the reality, the truth is that the reality is that everything is possible. We became emotional because God reminds us about His constant love for us.You would absolutely won't see anything if you won't believe first. Knowledge isn't the key to the mysteries of this world and to the Kingdom of God. Proverbs tells us to trust God and do not lean in our own understanding. Have we created the world? We don't, so we have no right to judge and say that to our creator. I have seen so many miracles, God even texted ME! The funny thing is, I've found since returning my initial problem I was having (that is, I was struggling to trust God for some stuff), has now become whether I'm actually strong enough to let go of stuff that I know I need to. I've already been down the path of not letting go a couple of years ago, and it hurt so much, and I don't want to go there again. Man life is confusing at times, but I am finding that keeping on praying is helping me a bit.

"It's like the Mafia" ...what a praiseworthy mafia lol...all God wants is your faith, love, and repentance of sin, to care for others, gratitude, and a closer relationship. We are saved by grace through faith.

So true, even if it does take a long time. There's been things happen at home in the last few days which have led to major problems, and it's been getting me a bit down again, but there's still part of me which believes that we're all going to come through stronger as a result. What I'm struggling with most I think is that I can't really tell anyone the specifics at the minute.
