I also had a lot of fear and have had it most of my life, I just couldn’t understand because I had pretty strong faith. But one day, I got on my knees and asked for the spirit of fear to leave me forever by the blood of Jesus on the cross, it comes back briefly now and then but I am so much better. Fear does not come from our Father, so keep that in mind. You have been lifted up in prayer to our Father. My heart goes out to you, I wish I could help. @@Sacrifice-Paidbecause just holding the physical copy of God’s Word makes it more personal. Also, using an electronic Bible…interruptions with texts messages, phone calls, notifications alerts. I have a friend who is a pastor’s wife and she reading the Bible from her phone and told me she kept getting interrupted. I suggested she silence the phone and pick up her physical copy. Amazing…she was able to focus on the Bible! When we are reading God’s word we should have no distractions, our focus should be completely on His word. Silence the phone, tablet, watch. I have a cell phone and iPad…I do not have a Bible app on either. Also, ai is able to change what is in the electronic form. Yes, I’ve heard that is possible. It cannot change the physical copy.

I struggled with depression for 9 years. It came on for no reason. It's not like anything horrible happened and I wasn't just feeling a little down or stressed. I was spiritually being beaten down day and night with whisperings of worthlessness and suicide. I prayed and prayed, but it didn't go away. God stopped me from committing suicide and He kept me going. It was like drowning in quicksand that no one can see and no one having any patience with my struggle. When God healed me, it was instant, and it happened in a time when I was crying out to God once again. I believe most causeless depression is a demonic attack that God allows to teach us and grow our character. Life is hard for everyone, we all have blue days, but real depression is like a chronic sickness that wears you down and drains your life like nothing else. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies!

Depression is normally caused from other people's bad choices. Literally what Mark said in the video.
