I don't think there is a final person. It is a divide in conquer. The have a team of people fully in charge of their own aspect of the whole event.

I would actually find it interesting. Maybe not the covid aspect. But the Tampa in their own stadium aspect. What logistical hurdles arise. ie. Here they start changing the stadium decor around about 5 weeks in advance. Only got 2 weeks for LV.

On one hand, it all looks super cool and awesome and I am in awe of the planning, logistics, as well as the final product. On the other hand, I can't help but think how wasteful it is to build all that just for one-time use.

Usual in modern times alot of that stuff is reusable. Some will be wasted but alot is totally reused maybe not for SuperBowl but other recyclable purposes
