The Rabab in the background reaches my heart. It’s just so peaceful. I can’t imagine how beautiful it must have been when Bhai Mardana played it and Guru Nanak Patshah sang Gurbaani. 🥹🙏🏼💙

Excellent lesson in the end to rely on God alone and just look at saints for warnings not as free passes to skip our account of deeds. In the Quran we have similar warnings. You (Alone) we worship, and you (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). (Quran 1:5) *{On the Day when every soul will be confronted with all the good it has done and all the evil it has done, it will wish there were a great distance between it and its evil. But Allah cautions you (to remember) Himself. And Allah is full of kindness to those that serve Him}* ( Quran Aal `Imran 3:30) *{Then, on that Day, you shall be asked about the delight (you indulged in, in this world)}* (At-Takathur 102:8)

Idk if it is me I feel like you should elaborate on sikhi side as well, because you left it in a way that sikhs will be judged in mahaparlo or quamat. I feel like we need to clear here and state that we sikhs believe that we will be judged right after our deaths.

Thank you for this video. I've always found this topic interesting, although I've found it hard to find information from sikhi in relation to the topic unlike other faiths such as Islam that explains it in depth. Maybe it's something that just doesn't need to be known as I suppose Guru has said all we need to do is focus on Waheguru and hold love for all. But still my unsatisfied mind set hasn't been cooled yet and I still burn with questions. I'm most likely wrong but I've come to learn that Chipt & Gupt are the two spirits that record your accounts throughout your life and then when the night of your life comes Dharam Raj reads your accounts,, but does Dharam Raj just read your accounts and also judge them too? Or is judgement placed by Waheguru Ji Maharaj

In movie nanak shah fakir they showed that bhai mardana was guru nanak's childhood friend cause they lived nearby. Bhai mardana's real name was "Marjana", name by his heart broken mother for losing 7 kids before bhai Mardana was born. So she expected bhai mardana to die. Guru nanak changed the name to Mardana and blessed him. Which is the right story?

Are the teachings and views of Guru Gobind Singh consistent with the teachings of the previous gurus? Guru Hargobind built a Mosque in Sri Hargobindpur at the request of Muslims. Guru Nanak said to Muslims "It is difficult to be called a Muslim; if one is truly a Muslim, then he may be called one. First, let him savor the religion of the Prophet as sweet; then, let his pride of his possessions be scraped away. Becoming a true Muslim, a disciple of the faith of Mohammed, let him put aside the delusion of death and life. As he submits to God's Will, and surrenders to the Creator, he is rid of selfishness and conceit. And when, O Nanak, he is merciful to all beings, only then shall he be called a Muslim." Guru nanak is basically advising them to remain as Muslims but to focus on being better people at the same time. NOT to give up Islam completely or to follow him/become Sikh. However, Guru Gobind Singh takes a different stance and appears to wish for the end of Islam (and Hinduism) and for Sikhi to become the new dominant religion. He says in Dasam Bani Ang 1428 Both religions (Hindu and Islam) are getting contaminated. Come and elevate a third religion (panth). Demolish the graves, the monastries and MOSQUES. (i'd like to emphasize he said DEMOLISH mosques, NOT to build them) Now please tell me how this message is in line with the teachings of Guru Nanak or the actions of guru Hargobind? Finally, if we accept that as per the guru Islam is indeed contaminated, wouldn't that be mistreatment/neglect to advise Muslims to continue to follow something which the guru knows is contaminating them? You wouldn't give your friends or family food which has become contaminated, mouldy or stale. Nor would you advise them to eat such foods as you know the negative affect it may have on their health, Please feel free to clarify any mistakes i may have made or share your views.

I asked myself that too once. Dasam patshah also stated in a letter, that Gani and Nabi khan were like his sons and to be treated no differently to the panj pyaare. He was also very close to Pir Buddhu Shah, who consequently gave his life and sons to the panth. I struggle to believe guru pita would ever discriminate his loyal Muslim friends and would ever want them to change faith. There is a lot of contradiction, but I think it's a case of maybe our interpretation of the bani's?. There is a lot of controversy about Dasam Granth, some scholars state it isn't the complete work of the tenth master, some say it is.

Ive read through Ang 1428 there is no Mention of what you claim. karahu hukam apanaa sabhai dhusaT ghaauoo(n) I| Sanction me to destroy all the evil (persons) - turak hi(n)dh kaa sakal jhagarad miTaauoo(n) || (and) end this every day conflict between the Hindus and Muslims. That is the only mention on Ang 1428 about Muslims and Hindus.
