Mmmh Visited with a family that recently lost their 28 year old daughter The pain is so raw that I could feel it Besides, we're never really prepared for how grief affects our bodies from low immunity to insomnia to bad appetite and many other complications. So for a person to worship through the pain of grief is an unusual resilience backed only by God's grace. May God comfort all who are mourning in Zion May he grant our souls such fortitude...to go past the pain to purpose.

I lost my dad a few months to the date we set to go see him. This broke me because it had been 15 going on 16 years since i last saw him in person 😔 this broke me that until now, i can't stop crying. I was so mad at God that I may be honest, but today, he's releasing me from that hurt😢😢
