You didn't ruin a thing. You inspired me to go get checked out for cancer, there was even a scare the doctor was worried about. After tests and tons of worry, it came back negative, but the fact there was a GROWTH that I hadn't even noticed really was a big deal. And you got the message out there. You don't have to scarf down food or flex, you are a hero. I've seen so many people say they got checked out because of YOU. Nothing you do is a waste.

I was in a toxic situation for 3 years, it ruined my finances, mental state, physical state and more, and I thought the same thing, I ruined my life. It has been two years since those thoughts, I lost almost 100lbs, am in the best shape of my life, and reaching every day to be the best version of myself. I may not struggle with the medical conditions you do, but I want you to remember, you finally have an answer, you know what happened, so now you know what to do to fix those issues. If there is one person I have seen transform themselves over and over again, its been you man. You're an inspiration to many, whether its to lift, eat, or just live life.
