Joe Nagy is like many of the restaurateurs on this show. Most of them only do this show, not because their cuisine is bad (yes they really think it's good), but for the free advertisement. This and Amy's Baking Company are classic examples. Joe actually thought he was a great chef.

@@jisundergroundfornow2548 Oddly enough, I never actually watched that one. I've seen most of the US Kitchen Nightmares (I'm in the UK) but I only watched snippets of it, not the full show. I'll certainly watch this one though upon your views. _"I don't know why people call Gordon, think they can size him up, and fail miserably at the end"_ I think the reason, as stated, why they call Gordon Ramsey is because they want free publicity. I also think most of them see a free refurbishment as well, saving them thousands. I mean think about it? If your restaurant is empty and yet you continue to say your food is 10/10 then something's not right.

I’ve seen videos on how KN select the restaurants to feature.. Joe Nagy and Amy didn’t do it for advertisements per se.. their restaurants werent doing well so someone submitted to apply for help… and of course, KN would select the restaurant that they thought would make good content which in the US version is usually restaurants with eccentric owners/ chefs..lol

Or because the depts where way to much to save the restaurant anyway so why a make over from this show? To sell it for a higher price i guess. If you want to appreciate kitchen nightmares properly, then watch the UK versions. A lot of people who watch the US versions say it's "fake" and "not real" but the situations are very real it's the added over the top dramatics by the editors and producers in the US versions that fuel some people doubts whereas the UK versions don't need need all the over the top added drama, they're more down to earth and professional, as they were meant to be.

My favorite part is when they get Gordon to come help their restaurant, then blame the guy who came and seemingly helped them that they ruined them when in fact it was how they acted even while being recorded

Bro he's not just talking about the episode he's also talking about what happened after and a little before the episode. He's not a green screen kid or using an AI voice, and he is actually putting a little bit of work into this. If you're so beat up over it the full episode is on KZfaq go watch it and shut up.

Why would Gordon or his team need to steal the stuff he accuses them of? Why would they want to? I cant imagine Gordon wanting anything but to wash the stink of this place off him. Probably in a hot shower with steel wool and borax.

Gordon didn't ruin Joe's business. Joe ruined his business by not taking the criticism. Criticism tells you what to change to make customers happy. Fail to listen and you'll fail your business.

So your title portrays a follow up after the show, but was really just a recap of the episode. The "what happened after" info comes in the last 30 seconds of your video...great content, glad I watched.

The funniest thing I've read was on a YT comment on the episode of the show. Someone had said they ran and owed a Food truck! That he saw and notice Joe there working and he had one nad that it was terrible and he had the SAME ISSUES!!! the elk obsession and that his food was bad and that he had a TERRIBLE attitude! I think Joe was Amy's father! LMADO!!! Though Sammy "the fugazi" Gangster was about the same age LMADO

He was ruined before he called Gordon. That’s why he called him. They need to listen to Gordon. He knows. This comment does not have anything to do with this person, but I’m going to say it here. Other people have cross contaminated food. Hey, you learn it working at Walmart. That’s how bad they are. They should know better. If I had a restaurant and had Gordon there, ’d be all over him. Want to learn everything that I could possibly learn.

I remember seeing this episode, I was hoping that clown would try and take a swing at Chef Ramsey just so Chef’s bodyguards would have the opportunity to work the clown over. When a man like Chef Ramsey says, “your cooking sucks.” You have 2 choices get out of the kitchen and wash the stinking dog, OR read a cookbook to start getting better, well that baphoon did neither. Chef Ramsey didn’t ruin him he ruined himself and I’m glad he’s no longer in any kitchen ruining the natural integrity of food.

I’ve watched the episode many times wondering why he’s doing all this. Joe definitely isn’t a people person, but being around animals all day might get lonely. Glad he eventually stuck to what he’s good at. Total isolation and caring for his farm not to fork animals
