One thing everyone should remember is that these new districts are not communally created and the main purpose of the creation is for administrative convenience. There may be alterations ,if necessary keeping in view the administrative convenience,to cede or omit some area to the other most convenient district.The problem lies in the fact that Districts are announced too soon with political manoeuvres for election , before a duly constituted high level committee which are entrusted to demarcate the district boundary properly, is complete and purely on administrative convenience. Had it been so , then there should not be any problem. Hope , united we should stand , united we should prosper...

looks like the UCM is representing the govt. the way he speaks and kind of overconfident he has while speaking And NPO intentions is clear they wanted to blocked the creation of new districts in a cunning way. for the convenience of administration a new districts were created. But what convenient will it bring to the governance when everything is under nearby district jurisdiction. if the same case happen in senapati the attitude and the behaviour of NPO would be worse than what the kuki innpi did right now. for the administrative convenience a new district was created. so pleas make sure that the government is sensitive to needs of the local people and governance is transparent and that too with the involvement of the local people. only then we can expect development in the district. if the district is develop the state will develop automatically.
