She was born with golden vocal cords and knew stardom was just around the corner from a very young age. It took some time but, once she was out the gate she was off and running. However, after years of repeatedly getting knocked down by her personal demons and toxic relationships, she couldn’t take it anymore and thought the only solution was to end it all. Let’s find out what happened to American R&B singer, songwriter, radio and television personality Lil’ Mo.

I used to watch her on R&B Divas. The thing about Lil Mo is that she can really sing. I don't think any of the commercial songs she released did her voice justice. The industry definitely slept on her, she has some major pipes. Then again, we know that it's not always the most talented who gets the most exposure. So....

@Shenyae T Girl BYE! A lot of Black women are disrespectful to one another and themselves on a daily basis. All he pointed out was his observation that her clothes didn't match. He didn't call her a b1tch, a ho', or some other 'term of endearment.' He didn't release a dis track towards her, nor refer to her in some other derogatory term. He said what he said and moved on. He didn't call for her, yet she came for him because she couldn't go pee.

Mo is talented.. I remember her song on Miri Ben Ari's album the hip hop violinist being my fave track.. Ja definitely needs to continue saying thank you because he and Ashanti had bangers but he and Mo had hood bangers.. "I cry" is still one of my fave Ja collabs... Mo's issue is she can be messy and VERY petty as opposed to just trying to work on her craft... She was recently on drink Champs and all I could think is she's an addict... It’s unfortunate that a lot of things Mo puts her hands on doesn’t last long. She was even apart of 93.9 WKYS, a DC radio show, for only like a year. Every time I’m excited to see her she’s gone again.

Lil mo. come from Gospel upbringing . You can't serve 2 master's and need to make a choice . The world didn't give you that voice and they can take it away . Sing for the Lord Mo.

Singing Gospel doesn't mean she knows the lord and singing isn't a gift in the Bible. Visions, preaching etc is a gift from God

So through all this, I never heard she got counseling just for herself. lol, she really was jumping around and having all these kids with no actual stability in her own career and all the kids just having to go along for the ride of her serial marriages.

I'm just now appreciating her and her personality. As a hood dude trying to better my situation, she represented everything that I wanted to leave behind. But as I matured I'm realizing that she's about the good side of hood life, basically struggle love and being down for her man. I apologize publicly for not realizing how dope a person she is.
