This is a really important video of me discussing some recent events that have been happening for the last couple of months. escalating to something that threatened my entire career in the last week. so, I had to bring attention to this.

I would just fight the claims because their words and LEGALLY binding to them, so they have no right to take that away from you. But what is done is done and theres no turning back. Exactly! They gave everything they made to Chris and the team. But, I'd to say it like this-- it is what it is. What they did, their actions, have been done. I'm glad the mod isn't over, but Chris did NOT deserve this at all. I didn't even know of this drama until recently. (I heard bits and pieces from before but I never got into it for my own mental health.) I'm glad it got sorted out, even if it was legit blackmail--

I'm really sorry that you had to deal with something like that. You've dealt with this situation very well! I can hear it in your voice! The blackmail that person gave you shouldn't be necasary (How ever you spell it. ) . You handled them very calmly it seems, so why would they want to be so cruel to do these actions or even strike you? They should be thankful that they got what they wanted. I wish people in the FNF community would just not do these terrible things that the person in the video did. I also wish the best of the people that gave evidence or experienced this situation. I hope you have a nice day, noon or night. Drink some water, eat , sleep and mostly take care of yourself. Do not stop this career! We wish to see more from you! That is so evil....And I personally love the Vs Eteled mod, it's my favorite out of all of them. And the songs are really good...But the reason. I'm really sad I can't listen to the songs anymore...I hope the person will stop all of this and let you bring the songs back, and to stop hurting all of these people all because you tweeted about them 2 or 3 times. I hope this gets better for you Chris, I really do...Good luck man, you'll need the best of luck. I wasn't never even aware of the whole drama with them, i remember seeing a tweet on you saying you didn't like using Eteled & Austin's vocals in the Taste for Blood cover and that you were making new vocals, but I never knew the context behind it. Im so sorry stuff like this happened to you man I actually know a good friend of mine who got their Sonic videos copyright striked from a few popular channels in the Sonic community (will not name for privacy's sake, and to not start a witch hunt), all because my friend didn't wanna associate with them anymore for being terrible people, and also because they had an opinion with constructive criticism on one of their series, and those few people couldn't handle opinions. The few channels reached an "agreement" of sorts, for my friend to take down the videos (even though they fell under fair use), and to take down their opinion, and those few would remove the strikes. My friend did what they asked, but those few never took down the strikes. This is a problem I noticed in KZfaq's copyright system. It can be easily abused by people out of spite or malice, and the people receiving the strikes have little to no way to defend themselves. And the way how youtube lets the person who made the strike handle the responses is messed up. There needs to be a change to how the copyright system works, so people dont get falsely striked like this. People could lose their lively hoods like this, they could lose income, and have to start everything from scratch.

Hopefully the brand new VS eteled mod will be a hit. I thought it’ll be over for good, but for that reveal it was a relief. Thanks for giving me a bit of hope left, Chris. We know you’ve been going through a lot and we feel bad for you. Without your KZfaq channel everything would crumble down into pieces and we don’t want that. Those 2 copyright strikes made a huge difference, but you managed to pull things out in the end and we’re proud of you. Ok, I watched the entire video and now I feel like I have a decent grasp of what to say. First of all, I'll say it now, I'm really excited for V.S. Eteled Reincarnated. I remember watching the original mod, watching Wii Delete You, and loving this stuff. I'm excited for more. Now on to the main reason behind this video. Also I'm not trying to be hateful here I'm just saying what I believe. Please do not go harassing others. I honestly feel like what the person did and the blackmail was uncalled for. First of all, there is proof that they had given the rights to Chris after they left. And then there's the fact that 500 dollars had to be paid to remove the copyright strikes. 500 can be a lot, and it was totally unnecessary. Then there's the fact that the person showed no signs of changing in a good way. The fact that their return was them on a stage with clapping really didn't show any humility, as Chris said. The point I'm just trying to say is, is that Chris never deserved what happened. The copyright strikes were so freaking unneeded, the blackmail was far too extreme, and the fact that Chris nearly lost his channel due to this just really is just...shocking. I loved Chris' streams and vids. He makes such good content. I wish I found him before. Chris, we support you. Stay safe and keep making awesome content.

Throughout this video, i can hear hints of Chris about to cry at some points. The blackmail was really unnecessary, they could've gone through a more reasonable negotiation for taking down the strikes. Honestly, people these days are disgraceful.

For the people who don't have 13 minutes of free time: The original composer for the Vs. eteleD mod was canceled for reasons I should not explain almost a year ago, came back 2 months later, then pretty much copyright striked Chris TWO TIMES, leaving his KZfaq career at risk and deleting the entire Vs. eteleD OST off his channel. To get the strikes taken down, Chris has to get BLACKMAILED. The good part is that Vs. eteleD: REINCARNATE is coming, with brand new music, vocals, sprites, and other schtuff along with a Week 2.

They both suck, but it's important to get both sides, otherwise you're just supporting a witch hunt, and I really hope we haven't regressed to that point as a society. the full "blackmail" conversation was leaked a while ago; there was no monetary blackmail at all, the musician literally just asked for an apology and Chris offered $500 and said explicitly that money was not required at all. from all the stuff that got leaked in the response it seems like Chris took nearly every single thing out of context in such a way to slander the musician, to such an extent that he claims that the musician groomed people despite being (at the time and even now) a minor. I'd personally try to look at both sides of a story before immediately jumping on the "kill the musician" bandwagon. They've both done bad things; the musician has done a couple bad things and Chris manipulates his general audience regarding drama involving him to make sure people take his side. Anyway, as for the incorrect parts: -the musician came back 4 months later instead of 2 -It is very easily not blackmail; blackmail would be demanding money or compensation as an ultimatum to a threat, when the musician literally just asked for was an apology for the incessant slander and bullying Chris did to him -it's not technically incorrect, but the phrasing of "came back 2 months later then pretty much copyright striked Chris two times" is extremely implicative of the falsehood of the musician spontaneously doing it and not doing it after warning him and providing a pretty good reason for it: because he was getting bullied and harrassed so badly by Chris's tweets that he was constantly getting threats and harrassment and couldn't show his face anywhere besides vrChat without being publicly shunned and shut out. That's just around half, I believe.

Chris, I really feel your pain here. I got a video of mine completely banned on here for no particular reason. I had made a roblox video of myself playing murder mystery 2 and when I was done, well I uploaded the video. The next time I was looking through my videos I noticed it was missing so I went to investigate to see what happened. I didn't notice that for the next 5-10 uploads that I made on my channel.. When I saw it, I was completely heartbroken to see it taken down, really more heartbroken seeing that it was banned worldwide. So, I just want to say to you that I really feel your pain here. This all happened in the middle of 2020 to me, but I still feel your pain. Thanks for reading this if you see it and sorry that it is a long comment, I just wanted you to know that I have the same feeling as you for videos being taken down.

The original composer made a video stating he went to therapy and that he still is getting therapy, as well as saying that he knows what he did is wrong and that he isn’t trying to justify himself. Now I don’t know more about the situation but it seems like he is really trying to change. Here you state he shows no signs of going to therapy. I don’t know if that’s true or not, I’m just telling what I know. Also the person took a long break from KZfaq and social media in general. I don’t know if it’s okay for me to put his user so if anyone knows tell me and I’ll remove it if I need to. I’m talking about AnthemOverload, the original composer of the VS Eteled OST Now, don’t send him hate or anything, he makes good music (vs eteled for example) and he’s apparently better now.
