I was near the base of the mountain May 1st 1980 and in Kennewick when it erupted on the 18th. Amazing its considered a small eruption. We got two inches of ash two hundred miles away.

Mt St Helen, with its "mini big bang," also teaches us that explosions do not bring order. Yet our universe is a cosmos.

Great information about the sediments left behind and their depths of 20 to 40 feet. All those buried civilizations in Turkey they have discovered were probably the result of floods or volcanoes. Gobekli Tepe when discovered archeologist said the people covered it up with dirt to conceal the site. Can't you just imagine how many baskets of dirt and years that took, hah!

Most interviewers don't say, "right" or a "ah ha." Just let him talk.

Good for the interviewer; in the Christian environment, "right " or "ah ha" is the equivalent to "amen", "amen". She is a good representative of the people watching the video.
