Firstly, cogratulations guys you are doing great job. There is a general question for you guys if you could answer that. The question is that if in the COPR the city of destiation is mentioned as toronto, than is it compulsory to land in toronto or we can land anywhere in canada espesially when we have entered through express entry program and not PNP program.

At 4:18,4:51,4:53, you guys mentioned SIN could be obtained from Service Ontario. It could be obtained from Service Canada. Both are different. Service Ontario does not issue SIN.

This is a very important question please answer. My parents are landing and don't speak English. Senior citizens. They cannot use any kind of electronic stuff like self kiosks. What can they do it they cannot use the self kiosk. Are there officers who can help them through the whole process? They will also be on a wheel chair. Both of them have balance issues.
