This is great information. I wasn't sure how it worked in Canada. But, a lot of the subjects you're talking about apply to mediation in the US.

My lawyer at mediation did not explain anything like that to me ...my lawyer did all the talking ...so much for showing up an hour early for what..i should've hired this guy for my MVA....Someone who knows what he's talking about

i bleave your lawyer trying to represent you and help you in talking there is always RISK so the lawyer trying to save you you may not know what you talking about regarding the low i think

I choose not to show up for my mediation. I’ll be on call tho. I rather not show my face because I’m afraid to be discriminated against.. sounds like fun tho. My lawyers are old and white and supposedly never lost a case before.. court just seems like the perfect place for white people to argue.. I myself am disturbed my image.. due to the accident I have a scar across my eye and it gives off the wrong first impression, and depression has me isolating myself

at our mediation we were not all in the same room.the mediator kept leaving and going back n fourth.it was awkward.our next mediation is coming up soon.

How many days was it. My lawyer has told me mediation is coming up. But she hasn’t informed me that I need to be there.
