I pressed charges on someone and then I was arrested for it then the court admitted that I was the victim sooo now litigation abuse is happing and it’s happing in the court of family law.

4:44 Saying "...has to take SOMEBODY into custody" removes the big elephant of the situation. The police has to take The MAN into custody. Intellectualizing this situation is a great cultural disservice to justice. MAN are taken to jail, losing HIS jobs, ruining HIS reputation. He maybe guilty; he maybe not, but is 99% HIM.

went to court in 2016. ex spouse was not proceeded . but was ordered to take classes and community service. I did not enter the court room everything was fresh and was scared. unfortunately, none of my injuries was paid or cared for. He has more custody and kept all my possessions.

Sometimes the one who calls the police is the one arrested if they are the wrong gender.

You're 100% right. It happened to me... Ex girl friend thought I was cheating... I wasn't... She punched me I didn't hit her back I exited the car she pulls off and ran over my foot and walk away... I followed me and said I'm sorry get back in the car I said no... She call the cops and said I beat her up and threatened to kill her... I cop was happy to arrest me..with 2 felonies . SMH... All lies... Theirs no justice ...

Why do you think a victim would recant? Do you think it never happened???? Or did you coerce her into trying to "help" her abuser? The reason it's not enough that someone doesn't want her partner to be prosecuted is because they love their partners and are manipulated by their partners and sick defenders like you who know that you are not helping anyone by defending someone who is guilty and revictimizing the victim. I don't know how you can sleep at night defending someone who is just going to go out there and abuse again. No money should be with that.

Pat Sav I guess I'm not very knowledgeable even though I'm a woman and a domestic violence survivor. I have the photos to prove that I didn't exaggerate a thing but I guess you are more knowledgeable about my gender than I am.

cruiseny26 Its not a gender thing, some people do lie, some people are mentally ill or have conditions including PTSD and become out of touch with reality only to realize they’ve made a mistake later. How can you be for an innocent person not having a defense, how can you be for an innocent person being locked up? There’s more to it than just your experience, this is not a one shoe fits all subject.

@@cruiseny26 Yes I am more knowledgeable about your gender and domestic violence than you. Getting back to your original statement, there are many reasons why women and their partners want to reconcile and do away with a domestic violence problem with court and Police. Regarding your "injuries" you've pretty much just proved my point. Sustaining injuries does not automatically make you the victim. Who was at fault? Did you start the conflict? Did you entice or deliberately challenge this person into a physical confrontation? What type of personality do you have? Do you believe a woman is allowed to hit a man without the fear of punishment? Do you not pull your weight when it comes to doing your fair share of work? Injuries mean nothing unless of cours it was excessive after considering ALL the facts. Women get away with far too much whilemen are almost immediately arrested. At the sniff of a violent man that you believe to be unreasonable, you should immediately leave and not look back. Quite often women don't leave because they are partly to blame (and they know it) or they're so in love they stay. Personally I think domestic violence has come about because men are forced to be in monogamous relationships. There would be no need to argue with a woman when no.2 and no.3 are waiting down the road with dinner on the table 😂.

@@daddyowe6 Yeah, You wouldn't believe the crap I been through. I am a victim of domestic violence aswell. Been used by women and I only stay believing I have to be a good little boy and not cheat and stay faithful. Big mistake. They call Police after they become violent while losing the moral argument. Ive had enough experience with so many women that its not a coincidence. Feminism is here and they are encouraging females to rise and challenge their men. It's time to bite back and get multiple women on their knees begging for our attention. This is out of hand so we got to do this right. Have multiple women in love with you and play the game. As soon as the one you give the most attention to begins to challenge your leadership push her off her perch by spending more time with your other ladies. They soon realise they were naughty for even trying to challenge the man. Haha lets let them know whos boss. We are men and we lead.
