in reality earth doesn't have a lot of water. only about 1% of earth's mass! it just COVERS 70% of the surface... that's it!

It will evaporate before it even touches the surface... No, actually it wouldn't even get close enough to be able to "pour" it on to the sun. The surface of the sun is almost 5000°C hot and the core multiple million °C.

Im a bit confused the sun is 9,000 degrees fahrenheit and water evaporates at 212 degrees fahrenheit wouldn't that cause the water to evaporate before it hits the sun or am I missing something?
