Attended a small claims court on Sep.04 and awarded costs (less than £500) The judge told the defendant he has 14 days to pay me but so far, have not received any funds? I have a feeling that he is going to leave paying me until the final day which would be Sep.18? Am I correct in saying that payment has to be in my bank account no later than 14 days as I have a feeling that he may send me a cheque, which would have to clear?

Hi @albertrossiter399! The defendant has 14 days to pay, which could mean that you should have the money on or before the agreed date.
